Our contractor pointed us to Avalon Flooring in Manalapan for our desperately-needed bathroom renovation. Ace took such amazing care of us— listening to what we wanted, respecting our budget, showing us examples, and being patient with my indecisiveness (including a last-minute change in tiles). Not only does the bathroom now look amazing (shout out to our awesome contractor, All-Phase Consulting), when the tile and flooring delivery was going to be delayed due to a truck malfunction (problematic because this is the only shower in our 1960s split) Ace and another staff member personally delivered the materials to our house! We were so appreciative. Beautiful products and excellent service. Highly recommended!!

I went to Avalon in Manalapan and was given a gentleman Peter Viglione to help me . I cannot begin to tell you how helpful Peter was he was not somebody just working to collect a paycheck he knew his job and knew it well. I had so many different questions about my vinyl floor and my tile that he had the answers for me. He was very patient with my wife and myself and was a huge factor in us thinking we made the right decision with what we picked. Do not hesitate to go see Peter he will help you out and guide you to make the process easier .

I recently had flooring, window treatments and bathroom tiling installed by Avalon. The whole experience from the purchase to the installation was seamless. Peter and Hugo were extremely helpful in choosing the right colors and styles. I highly recommend Avalon for all your decorating projects.

We got our bathroom tile from Avalon Flooring in Manalapan. Rachel, the sales associate, was amazing. Our plans changed after we purchased most of the tile. She was able to guide us and help us complete the tile selection and make suggestions for the final finishes. Great experience.

Excellent selection and exceptional customer service from manager Hugo and sales person Ahmad. Quality of tiles are much better than HD or Lowe’s. Got refunded for unused boxes. Couldn’t ask for more or be happier. Will recommend to all friends and family.

I’m so thankful to my contractor who sent me to Avalon manalapan store. I was little hesitant as I thought it will be expensive than the other stores I knew, I needed to get two bathrooms remodeled and picking up tiles plus the prices can make you a little overwhelmed. Little did I know I was in for a surprise I went to the Avalon manalapan store. I was greeted so nicely! I asked specially for Ahmed (as I saw a lot of good reviews on google ) and he helped me with picking out everything even gave me some great suggestions, such a well educated and polite guy he had so much knowledge. Literally everyone loves my bathroom now. Then I went back in again to get more tiles for my 2nd bathroom. Ahmed wasn’t there so I met Hugo the most amazing manager, and I brought my sister with me as well as she was visiting me from Europe. Hugo went above and beyond to make us comfortable and we selected some really nice pieces with him and had a great chat with him about different cultures — specially Europe — and it honestly felt like meeting a family member. I can say one thing for sure if Hugo and Ahmed are at Avalon Manalapan I’m going no where but here! They both are such amazing, dedicated, and well mannered individuals. I wish I could give them 100 stars. I have been to other places that had no product knowledge and no customer service. Please don’t waste your time and money any where else just go to Avalon in manalapan. They are the best of the best

I worked with Ace in The Manalapan store. She was extremely helpful in the selection process from beginning to end. The job was a relatively small job but was treated as if it was just as important as a much larger job. Excellent service and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Ace at Avalon for all flooring needs!

Recently we completed a bathroom renovation and it came out gorgeous thanks to Ahmed who provided his expertise! Of course there were glitches with the contractor requiring returns and additional purchases. Ahmed could not have been more accommodating and an absolute pleasure to deal with! I would not hesitate to use Avalon again and will call Ahmed for our next home improvement- he is a wealth of knowledge in the design business!

Avalon Flooring is by far the best place to shop for all of your flooring needs, however, Manalapan store is my favorite for a few reasons! The store is state of the art and absolutely beautiful and clean, and the staff is by far the nicest and most knowledgeable I've met in their locations. I've been working with Hugo, the store manager, for two years now and we've designed 3 bathrooms, picked out new solid hardwood flooring for the upstairs, runner for the steps, wood tile for downstairs and Hunter Douglas shades. And some was even done over the phone!! If you want great customer service, Hugo and his team is where it's at! They go above and beyond to make sure you have the best shopping experience in their store, with fair prices to add to it.

We have been working with Hugo and his team at Avalon Flooring in Manalapan for over a year renovating our house including 4 baths,refurbishing our fireplaces, replacing flooring and carpeting. They have a large selection of materials - the showroom is clean, bright and comfortable to shop in. The staff is welcoming and beyond helpful. Hugo is the best - knows the products, always gives great design advice and has lots of patience with me.

Ahmed is the best, he is courteous but helpful. He has excellent taste and is happy to assist you in finding the perfect tile. He has helped us with 3 bathrooms and we couldn't be happier with the results.

I have to tell you, I walked into this store wanting to not like it, but the store is beautiful and has so many amazing options. The deciding factor, however, was Ahmed. From the moment we spoke to Ahmed, he made us feel at ease and excited about our project. We were having a difficult time envisioning our bathroom remodel, but Ahmed guided us along our journey to the prefect tile for our project. He provided kind advise when we went astray and provided extremely helpful feedback when making our selections. I highly recommend Avalon Flooring and make sure you ask for Ahmed when you get there!

Avalon flooring in manalapan is my favorite place to send my customers to. The showroom is incredibly big! Alot of tile options, hardwood flooring, vinyl flooring, carpet and much more! Rachel, the assistant manager is exceptional! I always know my customers are in good hands when she is leading the way. She is always readily available to assist the customers and my self as a contractor. Her knowledge in the wide range of products is phenomenal. Rachel has a great eye for design and helps all of my customers find what they desire for the project. I highly recommend making an appointment with her prior to visiting the store.
