So my husband and I started our night with a simple goal to exchange a headset that was under warranty. Little did we know this would become more of an adventure that we did not care for. While having a less then satisfactory experience at another game stop near by. We made our way over to this location. Ariel, and Kevin were absolutely top notch. We could not have asked for more knowledgeable, and polite customer service representatives. Thank you thank you thank you for giving me a little hope in humanity. These two should get a raise for sure, because whatever they get paid does not cover the amazing service we received.

The staff here was really knowledgeable and funny. Friendly people who make you want to shop there more often. They have the place set up nicely and clean. This is a great GameStop!

Yooo man shout out to mike, my step kids broke my 60 dollar controller and I needed an affordable option he hooked me up with a 30 dollar controller and did it with great service while doing so

Grateful this store is near by. Daniel, shop lead, was super helpful with questions I had during a busy time in store. He was training new personnel and keeping his cool! Great job guys

Shannon/Jorge were some of the best employees iv ever got to experience at a GameStop PERIOD. I thought my switch was permanently broken, they took the time to see what was really the problem and assisted me with a bunch of other concerns I had. So thankful

I Purchased, a PS5 about a month or two ago had a few issues with getting my points on my account but the amazing staff made me a priority and wouldn’t rest until my issues were resolved. Shout out to Daniel for getting customer service on the line and getting my points! Thank you guys !

Love the staff here! Especially the crew on Saturday afternoons! Above and beyond service, really friendly and well educated when it comes to their products. Didn’t find what I was looking for but they were able to provide me with locations that had the item in stock which saved me time and gas money. They even hooked my son up with some Pokémon cards! Thank you guys very much!!

Great customer service and information when it came to all things gaming and amiibos! Found a Funko Pop that I thought I’d never ever have in my hands!

Gamestop. The gamiest of stores. Guess what you buy here... that's right! Ice cream! Nothing but quality ice cream to be had all the time, whenever you have a need for a cold sugary treat!

Dom is always so nice. He puts his all in to finding the product that I am looking for, and if we cant find the find one that I want, he finds something comparable, that I end up loving more than I imagined. He is very knowledgeable and has always been a big help to my husband and I.

I've had the best experience with the Manager, both on phone and in person. He provided more information, tips, and suggestions on the system I bought than if I had gone elsewhere. I left knowing I made a great purchase and with a feeling that I can contact this store for recommendations for any of my gaming needs. Thank you!

I had a awesome experience here. I just bought a xbox one and i was helped by this manger there named "Dom" this guy was nothing but great he helped me look for a awesome headset and charger set for my controller. So to total my experience it was amazing i would recommend this store to anyone.

I bring my son to this location all the way from South West Denver for new releases and all his other gaming needs. We love the staff and they remember us every time we come. That's so welcoming and we appreciate that! Keep up the good work GameStop staff!

Hands down the best experience I have had in awhile ! Marcus was extremely accommodating ! He truly showed me the meaning of customer service , and the best part was that I could tell that was just who he was . Get my mans a pay raise or something please !! 🙌🏾

Every time me and my fiance go into this GameStop, we are treating with the utmost respect and courtesy. The employees here really want to do right by you and make sure you can get the best deal possible (especially with system trade ins). Marcus is the best! He's always there when me and my fiance go in, and he KNOWS us. It's like family at this GameStop, if you frequent enough.

Dom is an absolute beast when it comes to customer service! He always tries to get you the best deal and will attempt to steer you in the right direction with a purchase(which I should have listened to, haha!). Just processed an exchange for the product he referred, no issues or hang ups. Dom and Kahle are awesome but they need more supporting staff!
