Petland Parma

Today I went in to look for a second dog to add to my little family and give my first dog a sibling. I originally filled out the forms online and Speranca reached out to me the next day to set up an appointment. She was EXTREMELY helpful, kind and informative. She answered all my questions I had and she made sure I had everything I needed before leaving with my new puppy. Overall my experience was truly special and amazing. Thank you to Speranca and the staff for all your help! Porsha is perfect and her new big brother adores her.

Went in hoping to find some anti-itch pray for my mom's dog. Found exactly what I was looking for. Spoke to one of the ladies about a puppy I was curious about and explained my dog had passed in February and though I want ready for another one just yet I would like to know what purchasing one entailed. The lady was very knowledgeable and had tons of info.

She told me her own experience after buying a dog from them a few months ago and showed me a few pictures. This prompted me to show her a picture of my dog who passed. She could tell I'm still hurting and offered a sympathetic hug. She was so sweet! Another worker there also gave me tips on how to take care of my mom's dog's itching problem.

I brought my children in to look at puppies. We are looking for our 2nd family dog. Jamie helped us. He was helping many families at once yet he still provided excellent customer service. He was very professional. The store was clean and the puppies looked well cared for. Jamie did explain where the puppies come from and assured us that the pups are not from puppy mills. If we do purchase our family dog from petland we will definitely go through Jamie.

This place is a whole experience my customer service representative was Dominique and she was great she helped me find my forever puppy and I just lover her so much she informed me on all the things I needed to know and explained everything down to the T I appreciate how well she knows her job and the detail of it all and everyone was friendly as far as the staff and the puppies are well taken care of and it's clean definitely would recommend if your looking for a puppy this is the place tell her Precious sent you🥰.

Andrew Barelka was great to work with. He made our puppy buying experience smooth and enjoyable.
At first we weren’t sure what we wanted and he was very patient with us, allowing us to sit with multiple puppies. We were literally there for 3 hours not because of him but because we were stuck between 3 pups. At the end we purchased a Bullmastiff. Andrew stay with us to finish the process well after closing.

I recommend anyone looking to buy a dog to go to Petland in Parma and ask for Andrew.

Puppies, duh! The staff here is so friendly and the puppies looked well cared for. Everything was clean and orderly.

The dogs were awesome and adorable. If your looking to adopt a dog this place is quite expensive (dogs were over $4k).

Mackenzie was the only one who even made an effort to help us. She was kind and knowledgeable about the puppies.

This is an absolutely beautiful store. The puppies are bred through quality breeders (videos of the breeders are playing on large screen tvs). They are all adorable and incredibly healthy. The staff is very attentive to customer service and the kennel is maintained throughout the day. Highly recommend you visit this great addition to Parma and see for yourself.

Dominique was sooo amazing with the purchasing process and allowing myself time with my new baby! Their pups are not from mills which I was concerned about going into the process, but they have an open breeder policy where we know who their breeders are and where they're from.

I had the best experience at Petland in Parma! Speranca was beyond helpful throughout the whole process of getting my puppy Bella. She answered every question I had or any questions I continue to have, which made my experience even more easy going and great.

Store is beautiful and keep up, kennels are clean, staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the puppies, and the kennel crew is absolutely amazing! The puppies are playful, energetic, and healthy. All of the puppies come from reputable and licensed breeders which you can see on the tvs when you first walk in.

I have gone to this store 3 times in the past 2 weeks and have called several times for general information on availability of pups, and pricing. Let me just say the staff here is PHENOMENAL! This store is soo clean! When you walk in it doesn’t smell like a “pet store” the staff is constantly cleaning, checking on the pups etc. the on-site vet techs are also phenomenal, they take turns taking pups out letting them run around the store and they give the pets LOTS of love, affection, and attention. They also pay close attention to the pups and the customers, they answered all of my questions and provided facts. All the pups were sooo clean! There was a white Maltese that pooped and the staff immediately noticed he/she left a little on her fur and cleaned her up immediately. PETLANDS ARE INDIVIDUALLY OWNED, these dogs at this location DO NOT come from puppy mills in any way, shape, form, or fashion. Large tv screens display the breeding facilities throughout the store! The paperwork provided with your pup at purchase also discloses this information in detail which to me means they do not have anything to hide and they take pride and are integral about their puppy selection process. You can tell the moment you walk through the door that this locations owner is hands on and cares! The staff starts caring for pups the moment they arrive. I absolutely LOVE this place, I look forward to patronizing this place for many many more years to come! Thank you

We absolutely loved Kenay she was helpful and knowledgeable about our needs made the process smooth and easy. She made sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t ask for better customer support overall, but not just Kenay the entire staff was friendly and collaborative which really made us come back to choose our furever puppy from this location

We recently bought a shiba inu puppy from Petland and we love him so much. Jamie was so helpful in answering our questions and also in giving us tips and tricks on how to raise our puppy. The beautiful puppy has brought joy into our lives. Thank you so much.

Kenay helped me with questions I had about puppies and she is very knowledgeable. She also speaks Spanish and translated to my mom which is very inclusive and helpful. I recommend her when coming in to this store
