Excellent food. It was pretty authentic north indian food. Service was very fast and good too.

Another great restaurant in the plaza.

Great-
- Food in general was great in taste. I recommend trying curries like Malai Kofta and Dal Makhni.
- Breads were also cooked well. Recommendation: Aloo Naan and Garlic Naan
- The staff was very welcoming especially our server Deepak.
He was very courteous and friendly.

- Ample amount of parking around the place.

Delicious food. Will definitely visit thre next time. Tried Thava roti, Naan, Chicken Gravy Paneer Briyani, Baby corn manjurion, and achari paneer. Must try. 😋 Briyani. Glad I didn't feel food color like other places.

We were revisiting Pleasanton after almost 15 years and was revisiting places and got to try this newly opened restaurant. Although they were opened till 9:30 but they accepted us at 9:20 . Server was very polite and helpful. Food was simply amazing. Chole bhature tastes really good and authentic. Hakka noodles were perfect and chicken biryani was very delicious too. Overall a wonderful experience dining here. The best past I liked was they gave compostable boxes for our leftovers, really appreciate this...keep up the good work 👍

This place had some amazing food and were very accommodating for my food restrictions. Came with college friends and had a great time! The Dahi Chaat was very scrumptious and had us wanting more. Great atmosphere at night with LED lights at windowsill and spectacular lighting during sunset made took the day with my friends to the next level. Would recommend without hesitation!

Amazing experience. Probably the best food I have ever had, and I have been going to restaurants since ‘04. Service was undeniably exquisite and the atmosphere was AWESOME, with Arijit Singh (my favorite) classics constantly playing to keep the mood upbeat. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Came with daughter and her friends, they absolutely loved it!

First, the appetizers. We started simple- gobi manchurian and a chaat Papdi; but the gobi was so good we ended up ordering a second.

Ordered myself a mojito and Shirley temple and lassis for the table, absolutely top of the line.

The entrees came next. The Kadai paneer has amazing spice, although for my daughter’s friend it was a little too spicy. Veg biryani was class. Also bought us a kofta curry, but portion sizes were very good so we were not able to finish, but the dish itself was excellent.

5/5, easily one of the best Indian restaurants in the Bay Area

Great food at reasonable prices! Requested to modify a couple of dishes and the chef did a fantastic job meeting our exact specification. Great ambience and clean as well! We liked it so much that we ordered food for a 100 people event that we are organizing soon.

Really nice home like food. Especially veg thali is really fulfilling. The spices are just perfect in all the veg curries in thali. Nice options for trying different cuisines.

Northern Curry is one of our favorite restaurants in the East Bay area.The ambience is modern, the service is very punctual and friendly, but most of all the food is classic Lakhnavi style.- delectable, the butter chicken and paneer tikka masala is well balanced, creamy yet flavorful.

Food quality and presentation is top notch. We ordered Sev Puri, Papdi Chaat, Tandoor Chicken, Jackfruit Biryani, Kashmiri Aalo, Chicken handi and three types of breads. Everything was cooked to perfection and ingredients were fresh. It’s probably the best North Indian food you could get in tri-valley!

This was our first time eating at Northern Curry and we were blown away with how delicious everything was. We had a nice sampling of various items off the menu and, WOW, absolutely fantastic.
The variety was great. I’ve eaten in quite a few Indian restaurants over the years and this was more than just the same old curries you find in most places. Very nice selection of various chaats that I’ve never seen before, a sizzling platter of chicken that was cooked perfectly, butter naan. I can’t remember everything we tried but we loved it all. Go. Now.

Soooo good. Walked into the restaurant and there was nobody there but us. No idea why. This place had some of the best Indian food I've found, has a great vegan selection, and some interesting and very tasty indo-chine cuisine. And the service was wonderful, everyone was very nice and accommodating and considerate. They even gave us a free appetizer. No idea why this place isn't packed. So, though I write few reviews, I wanted to give this place its due.

This new restaurant is absolutely lovely and has excellent food!! The ambiance in the restaurant is very pleasant and relaxing. They had wonderful service, and the food came so quickly!! All of the food was absolutely delicious! And large portions for the price, too, which was very reasonable compared to other similar restaurants in the area. I will be revisiting often!!! Love this place - I hope they find great success.

If you are looking for good authentic Indian Food in Pleasanton, look no further. Northern Curry is the answer to fresh ingredients, made to order, and service with a smile. I’ve had dinner here, tried the butter chicken with garlic naan, my wife ate the Paneer Karahi .. both were great. Another time I tried Chicken Biryani for takeout, it was good and served with fresh boondi raita. Today we went to have Chaat - the Dahi Bhalla is to die for and the Vada Pav and Chicken Kathi roll were great too. I recommend this place. 5 star each time !

I went in yesterday to try their food. Honestly the best north style curry and it was amazingly delicious. Server didn't asked spicy level and I didn't asked either to try their default level. It wasn't spicy but flavor and aroma was spellbinding.
Tandoori Roti with Chicken Kadai was a great lunch meal to keep me filled all day with no burps or inconvenience to the stomach.
I will try again some more dishes too and keep you posted.
Anyone who misses the North style food must try this place.

Have been there a couple times now with my family, very inviting staff and food quality is great.

You can really taste it's authenticity and all the food, ESPECIALLY CHAT, has been much better than any other places we've been to in the Bay Area.

Best chaat in San Francisco area. Definitely recommend👍
