Lake Berkley Resort

We rented a beautiful home for 10 days at this beautiful gated resort. The campus was manicured and beautifully maintained. Within walking distance was a paved path that allows you to walk around the addition which includes a picnic and playground area that takes you around a beautiful lake.

We visited from Canada for a week. Amazing place to relax and enjoy with family. You have your own swimming pool, neat clean bed rooms, kitchen and wash rooms. Video games for kids and snooker table inside the house.Nice place to walk, fishing, lawn tennis and basketball. Over all very nice secured area and not too far from Universal studios and other attractions.

What a wonderful place to vacation Several lovely vacation home rentals available. Many with a private pool in the backyard. If not, enjoy the large community pool and other fun things to do. Also, a great place to live with a 24/7 guarded gate. Very safe and close to theme parks.

This was my first time using VRBO app, which worked fine. Our hosts were amazing from beginning to end. This property is beautiful and yes, quiet. If your looking for a party home where you want to drink and be loud, then pass lake berkley. In my opinion it's for the mature crowd that respects the beauty and quiet this place has to offer. Set on beautiful lake berkley, there is a wonderful bird sanctuary that is just amazing to watch. The home we rented was huge with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, huge kitchen, awesome pool and hot tub. Yes, You'll need to shop for your food and some supplies. But they start you with a few essentials. Your close to Disney and 45 minutes from Universal studios. The price was right. We enjoyed our time and give our hosts, Willem and Victoria 5 stars and the staff at lake berkley were great!!

Best kept secret in Kissimmee, perfect for family and holidays. Safe well maintained community with lake for picnics, community gym & business center.

We had such a nice villa that had lots of room, good entertainment, it was all clean and just a lovely holiday. Its in a good area since it has the main street with all the shops, fast food places etc and everything you need. It is close to Orlando but not fair from Tampa. There is a chick fil a and Walmart a couple minutes down the road on the corner. Its really quiet and not many people about and is a nice place to relax and chill and just enjoy yourself. Will definitely come again. Recommend, 10/10 😀👍🏻

I've owned a property here for the past year and I absolutely love all of the features this resort-style community has. I rent my property on Airbnb and my guests have access to tennis courts, basketball courts, 2 amazing playgrounds, a beautiful lake, 2 pools, a splash pad and so much more. Very happy to have purchased a property here.

Holiday villa on the resort over looking the lake. I would recommend this as the views make the villa!

I loved this place. I was visiting my brother in Atlanta and we went to Florida from there which is just 7 hours drive, but it seemed like we have reached to another part of the world. The weather was completely different from Atlanta. This villa is an excellent place to stay with plenty of space and stunning scenery. We enjoyed every part of it, especially the pool and jacuzzi. Everything was very nice and clean. The only downside was the pool was cleaned on the second day of our three nights stay, not before our arrival and we had no chance to go into the pool after cleaning as we had a tight schedule.

Great house, well maintained and small details thought of, great pool and jacuzzi

Love the community. Not a good vacation spot if you love to have fun. Quiet time @9 til 9. No room for partying. Almost like when your working a 9-5

Stayed at various homes in this resort many times over the years. Despite being a large resort it is very quiet. Easy to get to but off the beaten track but with a large Wal-Mart and other shops in easy driving distance. Around 30 minute drive to the major theme parks.

Beautiful well kept grounds. Easy to reserve. Loved the swimming pool and hit tub. Great vacation resort. Close to the sights in Orlando.

Great gated community, I have rented a house here for a Disney Vacation and loved it!! They have a nice community pool, a very big lake with lot's of things to do and barbecue grill around the pool and the lake!! Will be coming back soon!

Amazing estate, beautiful houses and apartments. Loads of on site facilities. A very quiet community and always felt very safe due to the security at the gatehouse who were always very friendly and helpful.

Very well maintained community, manned gate, all security. Awesome people working at. Lakes are full of fishes, birds and other animals, our kids loved it.
