We have used AM&PM Locksmith for over 10 years on our multi family and single family rental properties. They always give five star service and are always there when we need them most in emergency and lockout situations. They have provided us with exceptional quality locks and keys that have lasted for more than 10 years along with a great working relationship where we can call for any locksmith related need. This business owner made us a duplicate Lexus key and supposed to change a cracked shell on original key. When he was done, I went to the car to test the keys, 1 NEW key had a microcracked shell. I asked him to fix it and was told there are no more shells available, he will get new shell and fix it for me next week, no charge, no problem. Called him next week and no luck, Then sets up another appointment for Friday after next and he fixed the problem on a Sunday, gave us another new key with a shell.

I live several hours from my family and I called AM&PM at 10pm on a Friday night because my elderly parents contacted me that they were locked out of their house as the tumbler broke to the front door lock. Within 45 of my call or less the locksmith was at my parents had the old tumbler out and a new lock and key installed. I also asked them not to charge my parents but that I would pay for the work and they were very accommodating and sent me a Venmo link for payment as I didn’t want my parents going to an ATM late at night for cash. I can’t say how thankful I am to know that there are still kind and excellent human beings in this world. I highly recommend AM&PM.

Called AM & PM locksmith to replace Bad Electric Door Striker on Aluminum Glass Door in lobby Main Entrance & within 2 hrs.
Had Brand New Striker installed & he professionally cut & grinded to fit Perfect.

Shay was great! I needed to change the locks out in my house and dealing with the owner Shay who personally came out was a pleasure. He was prompt, courteous, fast and did good work for a fair price, especially since this was sort of a rush job. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone, and a plus, he’s a local business owner.

I called on a Sunday afternoon. The locksmith stated that he would arrive in an hour. He showed up on time. He was very friendly, professional and informative. He had me in my BMW in less then a hour. I was highly impressed and satisfied. I will take a trip to the office this week so he can make me a spare. The reason I was locked out my car was because of my 15 year old. While packing up for a road trip, I asked her to put some bags in the trunk, so not only was I pissed but the road trip was cancelled. Glad I can get to work on Monday. I did not want to take septa!! This company is the BEST. I would highly recommend.

I HIGHLY recommend him. He's reasonable and gets the job done. Helped me get my car back up and running after the chip in my key was unrecognized to start the car. He reprogramed my new key and charged less than any other locksmith. Mr. Shay is good for the job!!

I had delayed for many years having two safes opened for which the combinations had been lost. Being home due to Covid-19 I decided it was time to have them opened. I had tried to contact locksmiths several times but had received no reply. I googled safe cracker and AM&PM Locksmith came up. I called and the phone was answered immediately. I explained the situation. Shay asked me to text him pictures of the safes. I did and he replied he would be over at 3 pm. He arrived a few minutes early and went right to work. He worked on my problem safe first. He advised me he would have to return with some additional equipment. He took a look at the other safe and was able to open it quickly. Shay returned two more time times and finally open my floor safe which was rusted shut and had been opened in 20 years. He persevered and promised he would get it open. He drilled and sawed and finally got it. Shay was great and I highly recommend him. His pricing was very reasonable for the work he had to do.

The gentleman provided very professional and prompt service. He was at my car within 20 minutes from the time we got of the phone and I was inside of my car and less than 20 seconds from the time he laid hands on it. And to add a caveat he was the best price out of all the Northeast philadelphia locksmiths that I called. I own a Transportation car service he is officially my go to locksmith from here on out.
