Where do I start!! I gave this store a 5 star because of the installation and the owner kip which I have deal with in the past. Other than that it would have been a 2 star. Due to the lack of customer service from the office staff. Too many issues to post. Starting from not taking responsibility for there mistakes on communication with customers. Like billing your credit card without producing an invoice. Not happy! I also ask if Kip is still the owner and the answer was not for long. Other than that Alex is the man!! Great install no issues he did the job on a professional level. Thanks Alex.

I just went through the "New Pool School" with Erica, and I couldn't be happier. I just bought a house with a pool, and having never owned one before, I felt pretty overwhelmed and confused about what to do with it and how to take care of it. Erica showed me how all of the pool pumps, filters, and breakers work, educated me on how to take care of it, gave me some good rules of thumb to follow, and equipped me with everything I need to make sure our water stays crystal clear and worthy of swimming.

If you are as clueless as I was about your pool, and want to learn to take care of it yourself, I highly recommend Pinch a Penny.

Very happy with my pool light service. After the pool light installation we came across some electrical wiring difficulties. Kip, Alex, and Jacob worked as a perfect team and got it done the right way. I was watching through it all.Thank you for what you do.

I spoke to Melissa about my pool and she was so knowledgeable and happy to educate me. I am looking to replace my light bulb and she gave me a thorough explanation on what are the things I should consider prior to scheduling the technician!

This Pinch A Penny has an incredible team with excellent leadership and service! Andrea and the owner, Kip, were extraordinarily helpful when we couldn't find out what was wrong with our pool water. The team extended a generous offer and came to our home to assist with the issue almost immediately. We have become long-time, loyal customers, and we sincerely thank Kip and his team for their generosity, knowledge, and skills. I had a WONDERFUL experience and will recommend this location to any and everybody I talk to. I noticed Friday that my pump wasn't working and with company coming to visit in 7 days I was in a pinch! When I called the store I spoke with Pam who was wonderful in trying to address what the problem actually was and while I was a bit turned off by the service call fee, that was quickly gone when I realized they weren't going to take advantage of me for parts and labor. I had a different company (that I won't name) who quoted me $800 for the problem I was describing and today my total with Pinch a Penny was $99 and that INCLUDED the service call, parts, and labor. Erica was the rep who came and fixed my problem and gave me some helpful advice for proper pool care. Calling the store was a breeze and Pam was a pleasure to talk to and made me feel like she really knew her stuff, and Erica was the icing on a wonderful Pinch a Penny cake.

I will only be using them moving forward because the customer service is an A+ ...as well as their customer service. And in a tourist area with many vacations home I am extremely happy to have found a place I trust for service and price :)

There team always does the job right and even when things may go wrong from time to time, they fix the problems too. Thanks for everyone who has helped me there. Pinch A Penny is amazing!
They had the pool light I needed in stock as many other places had to order it.
We tried to install it ourselves and realized the entire light assembly was bad. They had it and came right out to install it for us as we tried to do it ourselves.
Very friendly and professional.

Just had a big issue with the pump fixed today. The lady that came to our house to fix it was great. The store owner assisted with the problem and it was all fixed in an hour or two. Great service!!!

I regularly use Pinch a Penny on Vine St in Kissimmee for all my pool care needs. I've always find their prices to be the most competitive. However, I'm writing this review because I am more than pleased with their services for repair of a damaged piping of my pool pump. The owner named Kip took care of us from beginning to end. He displayed exceptional customer service and professionalism throughout. I've always received great customer sevice from their employees everytime I enter their store but now it all comes together. I highly recommend them. Great prices are just a bonus
