Best service around here, however. I have the Motorola flip that was damaged and I paid the 99.00 dollar fee to have it replaced. Took 2 weeks but I got it accomplished and was told I'd have the phone by FedEx in 24 hrs. That was last summer and still no phone no explanation nothing. Just a scam to control the community and employees of the building of Us Cellular. I'll be glad when we have to be a bit more to be a little bit of work for the other for you and your family for the rest I have the same as the same reason to have a good way to get a lot of things I would be a little bit of a few things I'm nothing else I have a lot to do in a good way for you. Legally to the supreme being. Cya there

Not a lot of help if u have a problem with it phone

Went to get internet in Lewisburg WV yesterday, Zach waited on us was very unhelpful act like we was a bother. Said we wasn’t in the service area even when the neighbor has it right next door. Went to another US Cellular today they were very helpful and I left with my internet. With customer service like that I don’t think I’ll be going back to Lewisburg.

Not satisfied with my new bill after upgrading to a new phone. Was told with taxes, and all for my 2 lines it would be approximately $160/month, got my 1st bill today, and was charged $212. It's completely outrageous! I should have switched carriers after I paid off my last phones.

I added a line. The phone did not have the USB C to C charging cable that was supposed to come with it. The phone was for a family member who is very sick in the hospital 2+ hours from here. When I called they acted like I was lying and would not give me the cord I paid for. I had to call the main support number to get it sorted out. While I know that half their clientele in this county probably try to strip the charging cables down for copper money and that makes them wary, there's no reason to believe I was lying over a $10 cord after buying an $800 phone on a $40 month line and spending $189 on accessories. Fortunately, the people at the main support line were good enough to credit my account so we could buy a cable and get it delivered to my ill family member.

I Could not get any help..waited 25 minutes and neither of the associates addressed me or the other customers..i had to leave without getting the help i needed..very disappointing😞

Customer Service is woefully lacking. They are unwilling to go the extra mile to resolve a problem.

Wait times extremely long just to pay a bill people there not freindly at all an do not stand behind what they sell
