Ruby Tuesday

I've always had good experiences at Ruby Tuesdays. We were on our way home from N. Michigan and HUNGRY! Asked Siri for recommendations and she responded for a restaurant off the same road as this Ruby Tuesday location. I saw it and diverted. I'm glad I did! We were welcomed by a very friendly staff and Hunter, our waitress was awesome and very attentive. The food was awesome as well, and plentiful.
We travel to Michigan roughly once a quarter and we are adding this location for a stopover in the future.

The food was amazing, 1 of the best places I have ate at, never tried th before, but will be back, every single item was amazing, we got the "Triple Play" (chicken tenders, shrimp and ribs), the Chicken Alfredo, jumbo coconut shrimp and chips, and the Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, the Waiter was delightful, kept up with the drinks, they had a bar to watch sports at if you're into that. Tons of drinks as well.

We had a party of 15 and Ashley handled us like a pro! She was pleasant, kept a smile on her face and made sure we had everything we needed. Also, the food was delicious, as usual! I had the New Orleans Seafood which was cooked perfectly and seasoned the way I liked. My husband had the garden bar as his entree. Others in our party had the 1/2 rack of ribs, chicken sandwiches, broccoli cheddar soup, chicken tenders, just to name a few.

Katie was a superb server! She got our party of twelve situated very quickly. She kept the tables cleared of used / empty dishes and our drinks never got below half empty. She was friendly and funny and kind, even to the rowdiest members of our group, the kids. Our food was hot and tasted great, literally everyone either cleared their plates or took the leftovers to go. Can't wait to come back again!

Great food! Convenient location. The service is usually very good.

Update for 10/1/21. Food was very good. Mackenzie was a great server. It appeared she was the only host/server working. She was very friendly and did a great job taking care of us.

Update for March 2023. We stop here several times a year on our way to, or home from, North Carolina. Ashlyn was our server today and she was great! She was very pleasant and attentive. Today I ordered the new jalapeno, bacon and queso burger. It was very good. It was cooked just right. The queso was very tasty and the jalapenos were crisp and flavorful. This is the best Ruby Tuesday I have been to!

Update for July 2023. Today I tried the new Tacodillas. I had a choice of chicken or steak. I got the chicken. The chicken was tender and well seasoned. The chicken was cooked with onions. The flour tortillas were lightly grilled. The tortillas came with lettuce, red and green peppers, and sour cream. I was glad I tried the new Tacodillas! They were very good and at a fair price. Some Mexican rice would have been a nice side dish. I hope the Tacodillas stay on the menu, I would get them again. I had the strawberry sweet tea to drink and it was amazing, had real strawberries in it.

Katie was a great server! She was right there with everything we needed. We never waited for a drink or our meals. If we had a question about anything she was right there and didn’t hesitate to answer. We really appreciate the service she gave us tonight. :)

My party of 15 visited the location on 27 December 2023. Ashlyn was very professional and friendly. We had a couple of unique requests and she adapted without hesitation. Thank you for making a family outing a great experience.

Food was absolutely delicious. It's her birthday and she was wanting some Asiago chicken. Out of this world taste. Compliments to the chef and our server.

My family and I have never been to a Ruby Tuesday before and we were very satisfied with the experience! We had great food and an amazing server (Katie H.)! Our server was very sweet and she did a fantastic job at helping us with the menu and making sure that we were taken care of!

We had a lovely experience visiting this Ruby Tuesdays. We share meals all the time because servings are huge these days. Our waitress was kind and gracious, not balking at all when we shared a burger, fries, and steamed broccoli with only water to drink. The food was hot, delicious, came fast, and served with a smile.

The waitress asked us about drinks as soon as we were seated, and gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted to order. She forgot the appetizers but quickly corrected her mistake.

Nice and relaxing atmosphere, I didn't feel rushed

Not too busy actually

Value: 6/10
It's a bit pricy but then I ordered the $24 ribeye steak and the sirloin steak

Overall: 9/10
I'd recommend this place and come back again.

First time ever eating at Ruby Tuesday. Food was delicious and we had the best server Katie H. It was her first night but you would have never known. She had a great personality and meet all our needs!!

This is such a quaint Ruby Tuesday with a very sweet waitress by the name of Christine!! She accommodated us very well with so much kindness.

Hadn't been to Ruby's for awhile but had a great late lunch with a friend today. Food was excellent, tasty Philly cheese & fries chicken and shrimp and delicious chocolate chip skillet dessert and great service. Will be back 😁

Stopped at Ruby's on our trip back from east coast. Greeted warmly and sat at bar. Bartender was quick to address us friendly. He was very busy yet he acted like it was nothing. I noticed that all the staff were working, cleaning and/or servicing others. Food was served quickly and both our entrees were deli. I had grilled salmon with veggies and rice. My wife had shrimp with fries. We both had the salad bar. Great service from all! Congrats to the team.

Ashlyn was AWESOME, she was attentive, friendly, professional and very sweet. My food was hot and came out quickly. The price was a little too high (not their fault, but corporates) I spoke to the manager and let her know that Ashlyn was great. I'll ask for her the next time!

We really enjoyed our recent visit. Katie provided excellent service and everything was exactly as we ordered it.

Absolutely loved everything about this place yall. The food was amazing! The staff was polite and very helpful! I recommend eating here!
