I have been here many times. I always get chicken enchiladas. The red sauce is excellent. The green sauce is very hot. The rice and beans were very flavorful not canned! I only had one not great experience when I asked for the sauce on the side. I think she misunderstood what I wanted. I got very dry chicken :( My husband likes the nachos and the fresh chicherones.

I’m a physician who has loved in Sarasota for 25 years. I can honestly save this is truly authentic Mexican food! Worth a side trip to go check it out, the owner and his wife put their heart and soul into making great authentic and affordable Mexican food!!

I do not often write reviews but this little gem deserves a visit!

I had the Molcajete and the dish was sensational! Served in a steaming tureen, it had cactus, steak, sausage shrimp, cheese and avocados. Delicioso! I will return. The owner and his family are delightful.

What a 💎 gem!!! It's a BIG, BIG full service mexican grocery store w a butcher shop. So many fruits and vegetables!!! Drive out of your way. It's behind the big gas station.
