Staff is all very friendly and accommodating. I had a long wait because it was red cup day but it was still a pleasant experience and the staff was still friendly despite the rush.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: Come to find out, if you want to order the Starbucks Variant of a “DunkaCino” the correct way to order it is a “Tradition Misto Mocha”! Who would’ve guessed?!?! Thanks to this Starbucks for educating novice Military guy like me.

QUESTION: Is this common knowledge among routine Starbucks patrons? Asking for a friend

Absolutely love the location of this Starbucks! As someone who frequently travels to NYC, this particular Starbucks has become my go-to spot, saving me from those tedious long drives. The convenience of being right off the highway is unbeatable, and it's definitely worth the detour to grab a fresh cup of their delightful refreshers. The friendly staff and cozy ambiance make it the perfect pit stop during my journeys. I highly recommend taking the time to visit this location and treat yourself to a refreshing experience.

Super friendly staff. Usually receive quick service. They are consistent with their menu and always make my drink perfectly. The only thing I hate is the drive thru; it’s always full of cars coming from 2 sides of the parking lot.

The staff is the sweetest! Warm and welcoming with lovely smiles, they made our 5 hour drive better. The mango dragon fruit refresher was amazing! I have this place star marked to visit again on the road to NY!

I ordered 2 of the strawberry funnel cake Frappuccinos they were quite honestly completely outstanding!. It was in the drive through and you could tell they were really busy, but whoever made my drinks definitely didn’t for a second sacrifice quality to rush through it . If I have to wait one or two extra minutes so the quality of my drink will be outstanding I will do it in a second! The service is fast when you keep in mind the quality of the drinks and the busyness of the place!! %100 This Starbucks has never disappointed In the past and after the master piece I was served today, I needed to tell the world ! Love this Starbucks!!!!! Thank you to all the staff too!!!!!

Friendly staff. Mobile order was ready upon arrival in the drive though. Drinks were perfect! Bakery items were fresh.

A busy SBUX but the staff runs it like clockwork. Drive thru is always busy bc its right off I-95. Often you can go in & its faster but park close to the drive thru exit side so you don't get stuck. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner, but it was also Sunday late morning & they were still in rush mode.

Wish this place was bigger and in a better spot. Traffic is rough! The parking lot is to narrow and small. Line backs up for so long. Definitely need to push back the spot and rebuild of move elsewhere although I wouldn’t ever think that would happen it’s in a premium spot. Right off the high way near by all the schools. Definitely a good location for business but bad location to travel in and out of in a breeze. Staff are all really polite and friendly. Starbucks always comes thru! Now can I suggest a complimentary tee or hoodie for frequent customers?! 😬

Positive update to previous post. I visited this Starbucks again and am happy to report a much improved atmosphere and customer service. The staff seemed more organized and there was minimal delay in receipt of beverage/food items despite the line. Good job management, I'll be back.

The drive through was so slow, I left without my order. I came into the drive through 6th in line, placed my order at the speaker with a friendly member of the staff then waited 15 minutes before arriving at the window. I could see my order through the glass, and the hustle and bustle inside. But no one came to the window or acknowledged me for 5 additional minutes. I decided that cool coffee and a now cold breakfast sandwich was not reason enough to be late to work, so I left without my order. My apologies to the other 10 people in the drive through, I hope my decision did not make receiving your order any lengthier.

It's Starbucks, so you already know the food and drink. The girl at the register was quick and knowledgeable as well as friendly and efficient.

The guy making the drinks was fairly quick, but was handling drive thru traffic as well as counter orders. Things sped up a bit when he got some help.

Overall, no complaints.

Can you give more than 5 Stars! This location and Glastonbury are the only 2 Starbucks that are worth it. Norwich is CLUELESS and has made us violently ill on more than one occasion. Colchester is a young staff that just needs guidance.
BUT Niantic, the staff truly cares and is ALWAYS super friendly.

Having worked as a manager of a Starbucks in another life, I'm kind of a snob in regard to judging how well a store embodies the company culture. Hands down, the best staff and store I've experienced in the country. Super friendly to locals and new faces alike, drinks prepared to perfection, pastries tended to like clockwork. I sincerely hope they're receiving recognition from corporate for the amazing job they're doing in delivering THE Starbucks culture to the east coast!

Best Staff members period ! . with Wonderful, Robust coffee . And the Normal straight up coffee all sizes is actually a few cents cheaper here than Dunkin Donuts ! Great job guy's, I'm recommending this East Lyme Starbucks to everyone. !

Mom always loves her coffee and snacks from Starbarks! I personally love the free pup cups and since I'm allergic to most people food, it's an extra special treat!
