The coffee is the best, and this location is consistently good

No soap in the mens bathroom, do not know if employees wash their hands.

better this time than the last... we walked out before after waiting 20 minutes to get to next in line (there were only 3 people in front of me). Prompt service, fresh coffee, fresh donuts, and a hot sandwich.

The only downside comes from it being too good and popular. Sometimes the line will get fairly long and it would take fairly expensive remodel to add another window. In the 25 years it's been since I last patronized this location, the quality of the both staff and product has not declined in the least. As a coffee lover, I find the potential wait worth it.

This Dunkin' donuts is always quick, efficient and they have never messed up my order in the last probably 5 years. They are really really good team. The new girl that was there this morning was absolutely precious, she was such a sweetheart and made it a really nice experience. Just the fact that I'm leaving a review on Dunkin' donuts says enough right there. A+ location will continue to go here

My partner and I stop almost everyday on the way to work. We are the “On the go order for Krystal” couple in the drive through. The staff at this Dunkies location is amazing. Every morning we are greeted with such kindness and positive energy that it always makes our day. Thank you so much for all that you do, especially during these times. It truly brightens our day and sets us off right for work ❤

Brand new Dunkin' Donuts. Everything is fresh and clean. The customer service has been wonderful. My orders have been perfect! Great spot for a new coffee shop.

Day crew very pleasant. Never messed up my order. Coffee for some reason better than others in area. Night crew is another matter. Last week ordered ice coffee got iced tea. Went back, the guy at the window said he was sorry but would not correct the order. Drove to Waterford and they gave me my coffee for free. Will only get coffee fm the women working day shift.

Before i start i just want to say im from california and dunkin donuts is not a big thing there as it is here that being said... i went this morning before work and ive always wanted to try the ice coffees but i always go through the drive thru so i feel bad taking forever to decide so i never order it. I told the girl ( i belive her name is caroline thats the name on receipt) that i wanted an iced coffee, but ive never had one before and she helped me pick. She suggested i get it sweet because thats what i like with 4 creams and a shot of pumpkin mocha spice and its great! I think i found my new favorite drink. She was so nice too i always appreciate good customer service, since i work in customer service myself, and i know how hard it is dealing with grumpy people all day who dont appreciate you. Just wanted to say thank you :)

How fast can they pour a cup of coffee? Apparently faster than I can drive, because it's waiting there for me every time I order through the Drive thru, bravo Dunkin Donuts of East Lyme.

The employees are very friendly here. The manager is super nice. I would recommend this dunkin over any other one. Great service!!

This Dunkin' Donuts in East Lyme always has friendly employees, unlike the one in Groton near Flanagan's.
