We recently had an issue with the geo-thermal system in our house. Troy was immensely helpful in getting the issued solved. He went above and beyond to find the best solution to fixing our system and used his expertise of the space to do so. Our system is up and running again. Would definitely recommend if you're looking!

My central AC wouldn’t start, replacing the capacitor didn’t help. I called Troy and he came out quickly, diagnosed a faulty electrical relay, and has it repaired the next day after getting the part. I would definitely call again if I have future issues with my AC or furnace. Recommend you text him, very responsive.

Troy replaced the aging HVAC system in our condo during September 2018. He completed the install in a single day. The new system is more efficient as well as moves more air in our unit. Whether we are heating or cooling our unit, the HVAC unit achieves our required temperature in a reasonable amount of time and then shuts down. Our old system never did this! Troy is a good, honest man, and is always available when you need him. We cannot recommend him enough! Thanks Troy!

Troy came to replace my water heater and was able to troubleshoot and repair a small wiring problem with my existing unit... Saving me a lot of money.
He returned a few days later to relocate some baseboard heaters. He and his helper Todd where professional and courteous. I would use and recommend CT HVAC services .

Troy and his associate were great! They immediately responded to my call and came out the same day. While he was at my house, Troy gave me lots of great information about how to make our heating system work more effectively. He was able to fix our very old system rather than replace it with an expensive new system. He came out a second time to install a new dryer vent and again, gave lots of great information about how to keep the system working properly. He finishes the work in a timely manner and solves the problem. They really went above and beyond to not only do the job right, but addressed other little issues that they noticed while they were here. I will definitely use CT HVAC Services in the future.

We lost heat and Troy from HVAC Services came to our house the same day to fix the issue, a clogged filter. He was polite, professional and neat. The rush fee was reasonable and he gave us a break on a furnace and central air tune up which were long overdue. Everything seems to be running better now. I would definitely recommend these guys.

The technician sent out to evaluate my central air unit not only gave me a great deal on the replacement, but also tweaked the settings on my oil furnace which fixed my lack of consistent hot water issue, which my oil provider was going to charge me $1900 to replace parts that apparently don’t even need to be replaced. Very honest and trustworthy representatives, would recommend 100%

No heat on a cold Sunday. Troy answered the phone and agreed to come out. Arrived within 2 hours and gave me a heads up when he was 30 minutes out. Overtime/weekend charge was very reasonable and well worth it. Troy was transparent, showed and explained everything he was doing, and was able to get the heat back on giving me a little more time to save for a larger overhaul. My German Shepherds even give him 2 paws up and appreciate the warmth!
