I got there early, thinking it wouldn’t be busy, but it was. A young lady named Casey came to me and I told her what I was there for and she immediately helped me. I didn’t need a salesperson.I was finished in 1/2 hour. She was so sweet and helpful. She solved my dilemma. She was professional and cordial. She was knowledgeable and clearly and concisely answered all my questions, and offered me a glass of water which I accepted. Just so nice!!

I came into the store with a poor attitude and little hope for a good experience due to previous experiences, and then completely changed my tune. Nouah was patient, kind and helpful. He explained the issue, more than corrected it for us, followed through on what he said he would complete the next day as soon as he could and told us to contact him if we had any further issues. Thank you Nouah! You are the best! And an excellent representative of what customer service should be.

I normally have painful, long experiences at the phone store, but this was the exception. Nouah was amazing! Not only did he make tonight’s experience over the top, he fixed a huge problem that we didn’t even know happened when we were there a few weeks ago. I’m definitely coming back to this store and asking for him the next time I need phone help.

Our experience at this store was amazing! We had been shopping new carriers and Ryan S was incredible. Very knowledgeable on everything we had questions on. Set us up with a great plan for the phone, internet for the house and had so much patience helping us set up the new phone. Fabulous service, I will definitely be back to American Fork T-Mobile.

This place is pretty decent. The people are knowledgeable sometimes but other than that I’ve been with T-Mobile for quite a while and I just think they’re great cell phone company.

My phone has been glitching out and getting poor service. It was sending double text messages, getting error codes, and overall not functioning. Carter was able to help me in less than 10 mins and get the whole thing resolved and fixed. Super happy with the interaction and overall customer service.

This location has great customer service, we were looking to upgrade some phones and Pablo was fantastic and he speaks Spanish which really helped my parents understand everything. Highly recommend this location

Ryan, in the American Fork store was amazing. I was having problems with sending messages on a brand new phone so I took it into the AF store. Ryan fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. He even helped another employee who had a question. Thank you T-mobile for having knowledgeable people.

Pablo and Corina were great to answer all our questions and were very patient. First class service.

Seth is always willing and patient to help two 75 year olds to figure out their phones and get the problems solved, caused by our own stupidly.

I just a wanted to give a shout out to Nouah the Retail Store Manager who went above and beyond helping us out! He was super knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole experience awesome! Going in and changing phones can be a headache sometimes but he was very patient with us and he had 3 phones we were trying to take care of. I don’t give many reviews but I just wanted say thanks to him and his team!

My husband and I went in to get our own two lines. Pablo helped us and was very nice, efficient, and knowledgeable.

The customer service at this store is outstanding!! In the past 2 weeks we have upgraded our service plan and two phones. The employees were nothing but professional and courteous. They answered all our questions and treated us with respect. I have been with sprint/T-mobile for 20 years or longer and this was definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at any store!!!

Love love love this store! My family and I had some trouble at another store with not being treated right. We went to this store and they took such great care of us. Nouah was who worked with us and he was so awesome! Helped us figure out exactly what we needed. We couldn’t thank this store enough!

I went in just looking at what phone plans they had and the customer service is amazing!

I really messed up my phone and could not find anyone that could help me with it. I even went to 2 other T mobile stores. Finally, I found Nathan! Although the store was very busy, he acknowledged me and said it would be a few minutes. When it was my turn, Nathan worked with it, trying to do a factory reset. It really didn't take very long and all the time, he was kind and sweet to me. ,I can't thank him enough!!

Worked with Nouah to get my phone traded in he took great care of me and my family and helped us get all our phones worked out. The costumer service at this store is amazing!!

I went to this location to upgrade my device and switch from iPhone to an Android for the first time. I called ahead to make sure they had the device I was looking for and they were kind enough to place one on hold for me since they were running low. I made it in just an hour or two later and was out within an hour with my new phone. I'm a Sprint to T-Mobile customer and was really impressed with how quickly they were able to pull up my account info (it's taken a lot of time at other locations because they need to use a different system to pull up the old Sprint accounts that haven't migrated over yet). The employee that helped me was really friendly and explained the promotions that were available so that I could understand how it would impact my bill. I'll be going back to this location if I ever need anything more in the future!
