I wasn't wearing my glasses, had trouble reading the menu, ordered the wrong thing, and then corrected the girl at the window when she read the order back and told me my total. She was patient as she could be, explained my mistake, and offered to start over. Obviously, she's dealt with seniors before. Food was good, price was reasonable... I'm happy.

Went through the drive through Sunday afternoon and the man working the window had such a positive great attitude. Will definitely be back for the customer service and dessert

Did drive thru. Had a very pleasant man take my order. it was delicious as always.

Was busy ao kinda slow but the guy who helped me was extra nice and the lady have me a lg coke for the wait

Checkers fries is one of my favorites!!!
One of the biggest reasons people don’t eat at checkers anymore is because the service and the food has gone to crap…

They double dip the fries in Grease
Just to make them hot, but it actually only makes them taste greasier!!!!
People will wait a long time for food especially if it’s good!
The customer service at checkers is trash. They have an attitude and it’s just not a pleasant experience.
In the last six months, I have pulled into a checkers in multiple areas and I have pulled away because of attitude for my food was disgusting!!!!

I would have to say honestly this is the first checkers experience that I have had in a very long time where she was quick very polite over accommodating she made everything exactly how I asked. My food was hot fresh, and I was served with a smile the name on my receipt says. Zoe I’m not sure if that’s who served me, but she was amazing and give that lady a raise!!!!!

I ordered my food from the mobile app and when I arrived my order was ready and the transaction was sweet and simple. But FYI if you use the mobile app and you want to redeem your free milkshake voucher rest assured that it may not say it's available at this location but I assure you it is and there more than happy to scan it at the drive thru window so you don't have to pay for it. Hey if it's free it's for me. Lol so enjoy , have a great meal and God bless.

Jasmine, Michael, Jaana, hoeschele r excellent employees and deserve 5stars x10 i am a regular for years now still give me quality service never have a hesitation on checkers #1 fast food and is my stop before the beach come see for yourself!!!

Zoe is the friendliest! She is just so pleasant, and kind. She greets you with a smile always!! Of course Checkers is a go to for Florida fast food when a craving calls!

I am so glad that they have the mushroom and Swiss back! They need to make them a permanent item on their menu. Service was outstanding! I will be back soon and hopefully the mushroom and Swiss will still be on the menu.

Amazing prices! Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was fairly dry, but spicy. Loaded fries and chili dog was decent. Sat at the speaker to order in the drive through for 5 minutes before someone answered. Would recommend for a cheap meal.

Hot and fresh, very tasty. Food came out fast and customer service was excellent. I wish I lived closer to this location so I could eat there more often. My favorite fast food!

Excellent marketing moves! This Checkers gave us a free sample of their new fry seasoned chicken strips. I wanted to order them to try them but I couldn't pass up the Big Buford because it's the best. But to our surprise there was a sample chicken strip in our bag and we got to try it and it IS good! The chicken was juicy and the seasoning was, well, Checker's fry seasoning and everybody knows Checkers has the best fries.🍟 (I think they are anyway 😋)

Excellent grub and even outrageously affordable low prices. Where your wallet will respond "hey I still feel full after paying the bill". And their french fries are "out of this world" tasty!!! Respectfully s/o Williams
03/26/2022-Updated review entry. This is my first time going to Checkers after the covid-19 pandemic lockdowns. I can honestly say that it does taste to me like Checkers has changed their recipes a little bit with the fry seasoning and possibly the cheese used for the mozzarella cheese sticks. In my honest opinion the french fries and everything that has the fry seasoning on it taste three times better now. And the mozzarella cheese sticks have a more full flavor. Almost like the mozzarella cheese that they are using has been aged a little longer than normal because the cheese has a nice little bite in flavor. Overall experience was awesome and I don't think can be out done this time!

Fast and easy to order. The speaker is now automated? Apparently. This really confused me at first but it did take my order accurately.

The food is always made fresh at this location. They always welcome you with a genuine smile. I think his name was Jordan gave me ketchup and was very polite, quick and helpful. I will drive out of my way and past some other Checkers just to go to the Sunset Point location.
