Just went in for routine service. I'm a struggling senior and they actually did all the routine work and checks for $12 less than originally quoted/estimated. Way to go Berlin Auto Services! I cannot say enough great things about Berlin Auto Services. I was pretty much stranded with coolant issues and not only did Berlin Auto Services fix the issue, but they were so extremely professional and courteous on top of it. The knowledgeable mechanic who assisted me located a replacement part my 2017 BMW needed and ensured the car operated without issues after installing it.

This is my second visit and I highly recommend Berlin Auto Service. Honest, helpful, friendly people who have gotten me in and out when I've needed their services (with same day appointments both times)! Nice waiting room too, with a space for kids to sit and color! From a female's perspective auto shops can be a little intimidating at times (especially when you don't have a great deal of knowledge about cars), but I felt so comfortable here! The free car wash offered at the end was an unexpected surprise as well. Couldn't ask for more!!

I put in an online service request after ruining one of my tires. They called me the same day to answer questions and explain options. The phone call alone was a nice start to show they respect Customers. My job was taken care of the next morning. The communication was great, the Employees were very nice, the shop waiting area was clean, and my service was done quickly. This was my first time using this business and they'll be my first choice for car service in the future. Great experience!

I bought a lift kit for my truck through them and while I had problems buying wheels and tires on my own, they kept my kit at the shop for over a month until I could get my wheels and tires in to my home address. Called me every now and again to check on progress and let me know what would be going on, gave me suggestions.

After I got everything in they set an appointment up early the next week. They got right to work as soon as I dropped my truck off. It turned out they needed more time for the install and it wasn't a problem, they were upfront and honest with me about what the tech was doing and were very apologetic because they knew it was a vehicle I used for work. The whole time they've been accommodating and they talk to you like they've always known you. Prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending. Good guys.

This shop is great to deal with. They're always friendly and professional and do what they say they're going to do. Had me in and out in about 40 minutes to check and replace my battery. Their waiting are is very nice as well with complimentary coffee and other drinks. You won't regret using them.

Let me start with Friday, 3pm. I called the shop to ask if I can tow my car to them. A gentleman on the phone could not be more courteous and helpful. He explained that they do service Mercedes and he will try to look at my car today, before the weekend. My car was towed to the shop around 3:30pm on Friday. I received a call at 5:51pm and was told that a tech looked at the car and fixed minor problem. A gentleman on the phone made all arrangements for me to have my car to be done before the weekend. Amazing job!

When my car started acting wonky in the middle of my work day, I scrambled for a place to take it, and I am so happy I pulled into Berlin Auto! The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant, polite, and explained everything to me clearly. My car was serviced and I was out the door and back in the road in what seemed like no time! Typically I would have had to settle in for the long haul in the car repair shop lobby, but not in this case. Heck, I’ve waited longer for an oil change! Prices were more than fair. I would 10/10 recommend this shop to others!

Glen and the rest of the mechanics at Berlin Auto Services are extremely polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating to the customers issue with their vehicle. They get right to work, and make sure not only are things done right, but the customer is satisfied as well. I will recommend Berlin Auto Services to anyone.

Needed a little extra and they came through as they always do. None better !

I just needed a 30k mile service for my 2017 CX5. Another shop closer to me only had a generic sheet with tasks to be performed and they quoted me close to $350. I went to BAS afterwards because my fiancée had such good experience before. They took the time to check what Mazda recommends for the 30k service and narrowed it down to an oil change and anything else that is not working properly. I got an appointment the same day and since everything was fine, I only paid $85 for the oil change and even got a free car wash. What's not to like?

Just plain easy to deal with. Definitely will recommend.
