Joshua was AMAZING!!! He got me in when I didn’t have an appointment. I so appreciate that! I didn’t know anything about a passport renewal; I didn’t even know you needed a check which I didn’t have. He helped me with a money order and he was so patient. Give that man a raise!!!

Here for passport services, it was quick and easy. Joshua did a great job!
Make sure you have everything ready at your end, the document and a copy if you need one. Including photo it will take less than 15mins for the overall process.

I had my best USPS experience ever on my first visit the the Mercer Island branch today. I arrived early for my passport appointment and there was a small, fast-moving line that was being dealt with an efficient and friendly manner. When it was my turn, I was greeted warmly by Joshua who reviewed my application and checked my documents. He pointed out a couple of errors that I had missed when preparing it, and then helped me to correct them before copying my documents and getting my application. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout, and I was actually done before my appointment time even started. Josh is a model USPS professional and I wish that all of them were like him!

The staff here were very helpful when we went there to obtain a passport for our infant son earlier this month. They went 'above and beyond' when our photo didn't meet requirements, and allowed us to take out a photo of him that did meet requirements. Additionally, we were a few minutes late and they did well to accommodate us.

I also had a great experience with Joshua at this post office. There was a family that needed to get something done and not only was Joshua knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating but he was graceful and that left an impression not only on me and other users but I’m sure also on his team members, who were also swiftly taking care of business too.

Great service! Got there at 5:56 pm before they closed at 6 pm and the employees were happily taking care of each customer! One employee in particular was very kind - I believe his name was Ken - he had a great sense of humor and allowed us to drop off the mail at the very last minute. I didn’t feel rushed even though I inconvenienced them 4 minutes before closing.

Support your local post office. Buy as much things as you can, be it postage stamps, boxes, etc. Don’t let them take away this very important service! We need you, USPS!

(12:20pm Feb23rd,2018) Yes, there's a line. The two staffs were courteous with customers. I had a passport problem. The lady who helped me, gave me clear guidelines alone with an envelope and documents that I need to fill out. It was a pleasant experience. I appreciate it!

My local post office won't even pick up the phone. These wonderful folks answered the phone and helped me with a package that should have been forwarded to a customer's new address. This is light years ahead of other post offices I've worked with around the country. TOP NOTCH!

It’s a post office. It does what it says on the tin. Never had any problems. Staff has always been helpful.
