Yay, they have a self-service machine! And a big visible sign so you don't drive past it the first time. There's also ample parking.

Better than most post offices…. Just friendly atmosphere.

By far the BEST and FRIENDLIEST post office I've ever encountered! LOVE coming here and am always humbled by the reminder of how genuinely nice everyone is at MF anytime I have to stop at another location. All postal workers put in EXHAUSTING and long days for us all, so I get why they might be burned out by the time the rest of us are starting our days... but everyone at the Menomonee Falls branch is amazing at greeting you with a smile and cheerily assisting you. So nice to see others so consistently choose joy and be the good. THANK YOU!

This one is great USPS location, I had to send package to Canada went to brown deer location where they told me that they don't deliver to Canada , then I visited Menomonee falls location front desk person was extremely helpful were simply too awesome , he not only told me how to send package, he put nice label for my reference number and highlighted number.

I liked this office and staff, everyone did super awesome job to find one of my missing mail. Even though there was mistake from sender not with USPS.

Awesome post office. Sure, you might occasionally have to wait in line, but the staff is patient, kind, friendly and helpful every single time.
