Rod, Karla and the team at Pak Mail Boca were awesome!!! They helped us navigate the choices of shipment methods that were most appropriate and the insurance needed. They were patient with the changes in our schedule and shipping details. Always cheerful and happy to help, they made the pickup happen the night before a holiday when it needed to be done EVEN THOUGH it was our delay that made it difficult. The historic, one of a kind piece - a glass top wooden base table arrived in perfect condition. The history will be preserved! We couldn't be happier!!!

Excellent support and superior service. PakMail worked with me every step of the way to get a valuable (and fragile) package through the complicated customs process in Portugal. The artwork was packed professionally and the piece arrived in pristine condition in a very short time after shipping it to Europe.

My experience with Pakmail in Boca Raton was amazing. I came in very frazzled, having tried a different packing and shipping co. in the area, where the expense and time needed was exorbitant. The help I received was kind and competent. My package was large and fragile and he packed it beautifully. When he said it would arrive in 3 days, I didn't believe him! But it did! and it was in excellent shape. It was a tremendous relief when I walked out the door, feeling extremely well taken care of.

Ah, Pak Mail on Federal Highway in Boca Raton: really, they are the best. I have been using them for years for shipments to Canada and overseas and they have never disappointed. I use Pakmail to receive all of my mail and packages and so far my experience has been mostly excellent with minor exceptions.

The app is convenient and professional, and almost always (with one exception) updated like clockwork.
Maintenance and neatness of the establishment are flawless and the general management has been overall satisfying.
All of my packages have arrived on time and, with help of the app, I have been able to pick them up the same day.

Also, this too is great because they already know my box number and have the package ready to go in less than a minute (Every time so far, keep it up!).

I am out of state in N.C. and needed a piece of sensitive vintage electronics picked up in nearby Deerfield, packed and then shipped to me. I called PakMail and spoke to Karla. I emailed the weight and dimensions of the device along with a stock photo. I gave them what I felt were aggressive packaging guidelines, was given a quote which I approved. My mint audio gear was picked up and packaged to my exact specifications. It could have survived being thrown from a moving delivery truck. It arrived in perfect condition. I've had less than stellar packaging from various other people I purchase things from. I must say this was about as painless as it gets. I'd give 7 stars if that were a thing. This is how it's done people!!

I recently inherited a 100 lb. marble sculpture that was being held at an acquaintance’s home in Boynton Beach, Florida. Rodrigo at Pak Mail had to coordinate the pick up with the acquaintance, then crate and ship it to Chicago. Every single step of the process went smoothly, and Rodrigo (and everyone else I spoke to at Pac Mail) were professional, patient and friendly. I couldn’t recommend this business more highly. PakMail was excellent. They picked up, packed and shipped a large framed lithograph. I was amazed when the print arrived. They were worried about the glass breaking. The way that they -packed it was plenty to assure that the print arrived in great shape. I highly recommend their services.

Rodrigo, Karla, and their team could double as art handlers. They did a careful and creative job packing awkwardly shaped items for safe delivery at fair prices. Strongly recommended for auction house or other custom pack-and-ship work.

I was shipping some family furniture heirlooms from out of state. Pak Mail was the local handler. They did an outstanding job of getting all the items including large dressers up to my small 4th floor storage unit and placing everything to get full use of the 5'x7' space. First class operation!!!

I recently bought a painting online and underestimated the challenge of shipping it to Australia. Thankfully I contacted Rodrigo at PakMail who did an amazing job packing up the very large painting up, coordinating shipment and keeping in touch every step of the way.

I always appreciate excellent service but like most people do not often take the time to give someone a well deserved review. That changes today. From the first interaction with Rod aka Rodrigo Vieira I was impressed and each subsequent interaction has impressed me even more. I set up an iPostal account via an online mail management system that use's Rod's facility to execute. The iPostal program is full of rules and 'can't do this and can't do that'. Rod on the other hand is all about 'yes I can do that or yes I will help you with that'. Being new to S. Fl and to the area I have several times misjudged traffic but a quick call and Rod has agreed to stay a few minutes longer so I can get my mail. I travel extensively for my company so I only have small windows of opportunity to retrieve my mail. So Rod's being flexible in staying a few mins late to let me get my mail that has stacked up for a month is huge. When using iPostal you have to request your mail the day before in order for it to be pulled and ready for you to pick up. Several times I have found myself near my postal place and dropped in and Rod has set up the pick up for me and executed it while I waited. No drama, no problem....just a great guy who wants to please his customers and will do everything in his power to do so. Oh and he is really friendly and helpful too. He's given me directions to other places, offered suggestions when I've asked him and ALWAYS offers a brilliant smile when you come into the store. He makes me feel welcome and comfortable ...and not like a burden as so many customer service people do. Rod's card says he is the General Manager but he acts like the owner. If he is not the owner...its only a matter of time before he will be one. He is great. In fact he is so great that now I have found a permanent place in S Fl to live with an iPostal service only 1 mile away from my new residence...I will continue to use the PakMailBoca facility of iPostal EXCLUSIVELY because of Rod. That means I will be even further away from my mail then I am now and will pay more to use the service because I will either incur add'l charges for going past the free mail storage limits and/or having to have my mail bundled up and shipped to me but its worth it knowing that Rod will do everything he can to ensure I have a great experience...or get my mail....or reships to a different address for me...in other words, whatever it takes. THAT IS TRUE CUSTOMER FOCUSED AND CUSTOMER CENTERED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT IS WHY I'M SO HAPPY TO WRITE THIS REVIEW!!! Do yourself a favor and choose this PakMail facility if you need any postal, or packing, or remote mail services, etc. And as an aside...they have the BEST GREETING CARDS BAR NONE in the store. I should write a separate review on just how great they are because they are so funny and different from just about all other cards you find everywhere else!

We run a family owned construction company and this location has been an extension of our business for the past 4 years, we couldn't operate our business as smooth as we have without their help. Staff is extremely helpful and always happy to go above and beyond without being asked to, we get notified immediately when a shipment arrives and we are extremely thankful for everything they do for us!
