Dave was so incredibly nice. Dave and the Freeport team went above and beyond to help our key issue we had with our mailbox. Friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you!

Would like to commend Christy on an outstanding job. I know she works very hard & I appreciate her so much. Christy is a wonderful mail carrier.

Staff is generally nice. Hours are a little hard to work with if you need to pick up a package or mail one- almost impossible for the average American 8-5 worker! However generally very little wait time if you can make it there!

Had mail lost in the system had to stop payments on a few checks because of the wonderful mail system. Also I don't know what they
do with the mail .my water bill was put on a late charge but sent it in way early

This is the third time in 2 weeks they have completely dropped the ball They cant manage to even keep up with the tracking of an item and all that takes is scaning a barcode I wish there was a better option i am beyond disappointed items should have been here 3 days ago tomorrow is the event and now they might as well return my orders due to incompetence.

Sorry to say but I agree with the other reviews. I just moved here and they refuse to deliver my mail so I have to keep driving there to pick up my mail when it could be put in the mailbox my new home's builder installed. Friendly ...no. Helpful....no. The guy behind the counter just wants to be right rather than be helpful.

Mail courier for Hammock bay is very rude. often refuses to deliver packages or certified mail; yet, leaves notices in the mail box reporting they attempted delivery despite no delivery attempt to door, per my security cameras. When packages are delivered, they are often thrown on the ground or shoved in the mailbox. mailboxes are thrown open with no care.

If I could give them zero I would! Staff is rude. They never deliver your packages in a timely manner. Absolutely no care for customers at all!

Poor delivery service , seriously have gotten wet mail and it it hasn't rained and mailbox is dry.

Post master is always on break.
