Went here to update my passport. Staff was helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable about the process. Mine required a re-issue instead of renewal so a follow up was scheduled to complete the application. This location provides Passport photo service onsite. Parking was easy and there was no line at 10 a.m. on a Wednesday. Highly recommend. I think they process a limited number of walk-ins up to a point. Otherwise, was easy to schedule an appointment. It seems the backlog has eased.

Great customer service and a really positive experience. Kim went out of her way to be accommodating of our passport request, and we saw other staff do the same for multiple people. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

This is a great USPS location - we will certainly be back.

Kerry was great. I came in as a walk in to get a passport and didn't realize my birth certificate wasn't that right format. He told me exactly where to go to get the right one and I was still able to get my passport paperwork sent in same day. Thank you so much!!!!

Absolutely the best service I have ever had. I accidentally put the wrong zip code of a package and was chasing it all over Nashville. It came here and they called, held if for me and were incredibly helpful. They sweet lady at the counter is a Christmas miracle.

This is a great USPS location. The employees are always so friendly. Last time, the lady working helped me save $12 by using a different box for my stuff and she was super friendly.

I went in around 9:45AM and it was very quiet with no line. One of the postal clerks, Ray, noticed I was struggling when I was trying to choose a mailing slip for my passport paperwork. He made sure all of paperwork had signatures and t's were crossed and i's dotted. He was very nice and knowledgable about the process. I will recommend this location to all of my friends and co-workers!

Linda is an amazing person/passport angel. I had several hiccups in my passport application process and she took the time to help walk me through all the steps I had to take to remedy the situation in such a kind, and calm manner.

While I was waiting, I watched her assist many other families and put them at ease. At one point she was helping 2 parties at the same time, whilst on the phone with (what I can only assume was) a very panicked person trying to get a passport in a few days & helping them through the process as well. It was like watching a ballerina walking on a tightrope, juggling glass balls being thrown at her—with ease.

If I could apply for more passports, I would just so I could hang out with Linda!

Fantastic USPS location. Service was efficient and friendly. They had a small lot between Union Station and Frist but I walked there so I'm not sure how easy it would be to park.

Linda is the best! I am not usually one to write reviews but this post office is BY FAR the best post office I have ever been to! The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and very speedy. I had an upcoming trip to Australia and didn't realize my passport was expired so I went in, frazzled and afraid I would miss my trip. She told me not to worry, helped me on the spot and even gave me advice on what to wear for my photo. That was a little over a week ago, my new passport is in hand and I look great. Couldn't recommend this more.

Best USPS experience I have ever had. Friendly and clean location. They are OPEN by the way. Google has it temporarily closed but they are open again.

This is the best post office in Nashville and it's NOT closed. It's never been closed. It's the Church St. location that is closed due to a fire! Please fix this Google!

Well my experience last week was wonderful. A magnificent building and a charming lady behind the counter. Mind you what we posted got pretty mangled en route.

These guys made it painless to get a passport! Teresa was super nice and a great help. Definitely recommend this location.

Well surprisingly my first visit to this location was great. Girl behind the counter was professional, had a smile and a good attitude. Keep it up.

Broadway post office is OPEN. Church street branch is closed due to fire.
