Fazoli's

Even though people say they just microwave their dishes they are still delicious and affordable. The breadsticks are yummy. We got the fettuccine and lasagna and they were delicious. It was really fast service.

Make sure you come before 9:30pm because they close the dining room down. We almost didn't get to stay to eat. We were out before 10. We had to kind of beg to stay.

We stopped on the way home from our trip Gatlinburg and had the best meal!! Great service and we love love love our Fazoli stops when taking trips!! It's a great feeling to have a place your family can look forward to time and time again!!

Food here is great, can’t go wrong with pasta. What I really wanted to leave a review over is the manager of this particular Fazolis. I’ve been to this location numerous times and the manager is ALWAYS working hard, friendly, and accommodating. You can tell he cares a lot about his store and takes pride in it, which can be rare in the restaurant industry. I genuinely don’t think I’ve been here without seeing him before- he is always cleaning the lobby, taking orders, or keeping things tidy in general. He’s quick to offer anything extra like boxes to go and checks in throughout your visit. He’s always very kind to guests, especially seniors. Just wanted to pop on to say these things don’t go unnoticed & to keep it up! (:

Convenient after school stop for a fresh, hot and affordable in a come as you are atmosphere. The staff at this location is always so pleasant as they serve up large portions of steaming hot fare. The dining room is well kept with lots of available seating. This Fazoli’s is a neighborhood spot and the manager is often on hand for a friendly chat. Not fancy, not modern as some of the trendy spots but the feel is comfortable and it’s a great place for a nice and very affordable meal. The porcelain dishes are a nice touch for the baked dish lines and Cheesecake Factory Pumpkin Cheesecake is back on the menu for the season! Get it while you can!

I went to the Nicholasville road location, we had an employee named Betty take care of us. She is the most genuine/kindhearted person I have ever met. She deserves a promotion asap.

Great restaurant. It's like the fast food Olive garden. Fantastic breadsticks must have. They also have cheesecake factory cheesecake. However, it is at half the price of the cheesecake factory definitely go there. Service is fast and friendly and affordable

They are always fast and efficient. Their pizza is my favorite in town! We get the family meal deal and it’s enough for the 6 of us to eat at least twice. I like to order a side of broccoli and mushrooms to add to the fettuccine and then we all feel healthier. 😆

Very nice location. Staff was quite friendly. Food was good as always. Restroom was very clean and bright. Will go again sometime.

Great lunch deal very nice staff

Ms. Betty was so sweet and patient with my 88 year old mother who has dementia. Got her exactly what she wanted! I've been away from Lexington for a while it's nice to witness the kindness kentucky is known for!

I always enjoy coming here. The food is excellent. Yet the friendliness of the staff somehow exceeds it.

The food is good, but I always hope that I see an African-American woman who works there at noon. She is the most pleasant and helpful fast-food worker I have run into. Worth a visit just to see someone who enjoys doing a great job.

I am rating this five stars for two reasons the main reason is a woman named Betty. Everytime u go into this location she's amazing. Very sweet and welcoming and the food is good. But I also am very disappointed with the managing staff. Not only did the manager start to take our order and rang it up wrong when he was informed of his mess up he spoke so rude n loud with his staff. We could hear him from the booths. He not only told his staff we lied about are order to make himself look like he didn't mess up but he was rude to his staff member trying to point out the mistake made. Now why not listen to the issue fix it and be done simple. But no he had to be loud rude n disrespectful he shouldn't have his job period. But Betty they should be thankful n blessed to have.

I could my drink in my plate and floor. Staff was very nice about it, and cleaned everything promptly. They quickly replaced my meal and checked on us often offering extra bread. Gave boxes for leftovers. Terrific customer service by all. Fast too.

I go to Fazoli’s at least 3 times a week. I love the food and the breadsticks but most of all I love the customer service I get from Ms Betty. She always has a smile and very courteous. She always remember what I want and make sure I get it. I hope Ms Betty is rewarded for her great service.

I was healing from some dental work and was not able to speak clearly. The lady who helped me was very nice and patience as she listened to my mumbled speech. She was very patient as she confirmed that there is pork in the meat sauce and meatballs. I walked out with my spaghetti and marinara and an italian ice.

Ester provided great table side service during our visit. The food was great and fresh. The dinning room and restrooms were clean and appropriate social distancing measures were practiced, including new cups for refills, maintaining 6ft distance, hand sanitizing stations, etc. Overall a great location and quick dining experience.

This place is amazing. Staff is so friendly! We are not from KY and have never eaten at a Fazoli’s before until today. Their food was made quickly and served fresh and OH SO GOOD! Definitely wish we had one closer to home- making an attempt to come back another time before we leave!

I had a great experience the food was great and so was staff! The dinning room was under construction so we had to go through the drive through which is ok but.. Our car overheated and a very lovely employee came out and offered to help us with our car troubles. She was nice enought to still take our order and bring our food to us outside while we waited for or car. I wish i asked her name but she was a african or mixed woman with curly black hair, she was lovely and she made the whole experience better!
