The young lady serving us did a great job! My food was amazing, I had a bite of everyone’s and it was really good! Super clean and the atmosphere was great! I really enjoyed my visit here and would go again for sure!

First time here and Food was GREAT !!! Real Italian food.. We had the Chicken Parm and the Chicken Roma with white sauce. Felt like we were back home in NY eating in Little Italy... The gravy (Sauce) was delicious. Our waitress was awesome and from Los Angeles California.......We will be back.....

Classic authentic Italian dining in a cozy, quaint setting. Delicious, piping hot dishes are served with salads, homemade dinner rolls and friendly service. Homemade desserts such as cheesecake and tiramisu are the crowning star of any meal Paisano’s. The wine list is remarkable with a nice variety of choices within a reasonable price range. Skip the chains and enjoy delicious flavor and personal service.

I started delivering with Uber eats several years ago this was one of the first restaurants that I ever picked up from they were extremely nice I loved the cozy atmosphere. I have not gotten to try the food yet but it's on my to do list.

If you love authentic Italian food, you will love this place.Everything was delicious. Check their website for hours and you may need to make reservations during peak hours, It's that GOOD.

Amazing food. Really gives you a classy home style vibe when dining here. The service was impeccable, my waitress was very sweet and walked me through the menu and answered all my questions! Will be returning!

It has been a while because we moved away but this a go-to for us when we visit. Though I had pizza once it was the best we can remember. The calamari rings come with the best marinara on the planet. Though inconsistent, the chicken piccata has been so good as to defy description. The carbonara we get with spaghetti and it is the best. Tiramisu is also excellent. I will always come back for the food...always. The staff is at least part family and they are friendly and outstanding

This was my first experience with Paisano's and I loved it! Our service was phenomenal, as well as the food! This would be a nice place for two food enthusiasts to go on a dinner date.

The prefect place for an hour long authentic Italian dining experience. The flavor profiles were sophisticated; nothing was too bland, too robust, or too acidic. The menu is slow to cook, but high on quality so expect a worthwhile wait for your food.

Paisano's is a staple for family gatherings. It is consistently good all around! We are always greeted with smiles and the whole place gives off a friendly, down to earth vibe. It reminds me a little bit of the first restaurant/bar I worked at in Queens, NY.

A hidden gem!

Another wonderful night at Paisano's. My husband and I love the food which is consistently great. Everything is very fresh and prepared perfectly. Portions are very generous. Jess, our server was awesome! She is a delightful young lady, who always greets us with a warm smile and always delivers excellent service!! Boy can she work a room effortlessly! Jess also kept our cocktail glasses full! We were a party of 4 and we ordered a large variety of dishes, which everyone was extremely satisfied with.
Can't go wrong at this place. Staff is competent and friendly.

I love this little place. The atmosphere is very unique as it gives you an old school feel. Music is lovely Italian music. All tables are sectioned off so that you can have personal space to talk and dine. The food is delicious. Tasted so yummy and the portion sizes are extremely suitable especially for the price. If I ever want Italian I will always eat at Paisano's. I also love that it is local and not a chain establishment. I highly encourage you to eat there and give it your own try.

Greatly exceeded my expectations! From what I could surmise, just about everyone at my table enjoyed the food. Would recommend the portabella shells. Despite being someone who generally doesn't like mushrooms, I really enjoyed this dish! I greatly appreciated the service as well, and would definitely recommend the restaurant.

Stopped in after finding Paisano's on google while looking for a local restaurant. Did not disappoint! We each ordered a different dish and it was all amazing! The bread is amazing all by itself! Ryan was our waiter and his suggestions were spot on! Can't wait to come back. Definitely recommend eating there! Hidden gem of Lexington!

Traveling through, chose this local restaurant. Looks like a quaint place, the server Kaitlyn, was attentive and friendly, took such good care of us, gave special attention to my grandsons. The food was absolutely amazing! I had chicken Marsala served with spaghetti, my daughter had the eggplant parmigiana. Found out this is a family owned for 40+ years. Highly recommend!!

Four friends met here on a chance looking for good Italian meal and a place to talk. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent and varied, the prices were good, the drinks were generous, and the setting was terrific. Not fancy, but very authentic with good Frank Sinatra music playing at the right volume all night long. Really enjoyed this place and would love to go back.

Came here with one of my friends after his graduation for a celebration, and really enjoyed it! I loved the food, and the atmosphere. Very cozy and quaint. A great place to bring your whole family, or even just one other person. I thought the prices were great for the quality of food, portion size, and service. I will be coming back!

Met a good friend for dinner and this place is fantastic. I ordered the chicken marsala which was amazing although I was not able to D o more than taste before running out for an unexpected hospital visit . The decor and atmosphere are great and I can't imagine a better date resteraunt. I will be back to finish, enjoy that meal

This was the 1st time we had visited Paisano's and most definitely enjoyed it. Our server was very attentive and efficient. Two of the three orders had special requests, and they were fulfilled without a glitch. The food was reasonably priced and tasted wonderful. This may have been our 1st visit, but won't be the last!

The cannoli was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend it! The atmosphere was a small family owned restaurant, where great food, friendly service, and family are valued. We enjoyed the homemade bread, sauces, pasta, and dessert!
