Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I have been to this location numerous times since they opened, very friendly staff and orders are out in a timely manner. The bowls and smoothies are delicious! I am excited to try the food that they offer.

I also downloaded the app to make sure I’m getting my points! I hope this cafe flourishes, I think they’re a great addition to the Hamburg area.

When we passed by the drive thru we could see inside and saw they were already stocked so we knew they were getting close to opening. We were outside of Five Guys on 12/17 when a worker came out and we asked about the opening day. He smiled and said “We are actually opening tomorrow” and we made a comment that we would definitely visit soon. We were waiting for the rest of our party and the employee (maybe owner) came back out and said that if we wanted we could come in for a smoothie. We said we were getting a burger next door, but we would be over after. After our meal, we did go over and got two smoothies. The rest of the staff was also very friendly, and both the smoothies were delicious! We looked over the menu and even though they are a “Smoothie” place they do have breakfast and lunch items as well. Their menu items also looked healthy and fresh.

The next day (today) I did stop in for breakfast. I got a smoothie and a breakfast quesadilla. Both were delicious! We will be going back!

Everything we have been in here, our food and drinks were correct, unlike other fast food places.
Food and drink are delicious, this is our go to spot for quick take out.
Only thing I don't like you get these emails and they say free smoothie but it's always attached to a food purchase.

Looks like a brand new location that is very clean. Good spot for a lunch or dinner break. I love the interaction with people and they were very quiet. Learning how to engage with customers will help them to be successful.

Love this location. The drive thru is so convenient. Order prep is super efficient. Food and smoothies are delicious. Best acai bowls in Lex. Staff is super nice and impressed with how professional the students are who are working.

Absolutely delicious!! Healthy but still surprisingly has lots of flavor which some places lack. The jalapeno corn is amazing

I definitely recommend this location because the service is very nice and they get things done quickly.

Really goood!

My first time eating at this location and they were out of an item. They did not specify, which would have prompted me to get a different item. and when I called the store they were not willing to replace the item. Poor customer service.
