McDonald's

I was pleasantly surprised. Last night I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese and fries. I didn’t notice until I arrived home that I had been given another customer’s triple cheeseburger with ketchup only. The time was 1:15 am and I was not going back out to correct it. When I checked my email this morning I saw the order had been refunded to my card. I’m guessing the other customer went back for the correct sandwich and the crew realized the mistake.

I’m very happy with the extra service provided.

Update: The 1:00 am crew is always friendly and efficient. I enjoy visiting this location for a night time snack.

I went on a Friday around 5-6pm. The manager on duty had to work outside-under no cover from the sun on a 94 degree day-all while being 10-20 feet away from a pressure washer. She served the line by walking back and forth to each car multiple times because the normal lane was closed from the pressure washing. Super impressed with her positive attitude. 5 stars!

Great staff. Management team- Luquida, Muhammad, Abdullah, Kayla... absolutely kind and generous employers. Take care of their staff and care about their safety!!!
Definitely recommend this location for employment, quick- professional service, and affordable meal selection.

Stopped here for a late dinner. The service was quick even at a later time of day. I ordered 2 McDoubles and a large fry and it hit the spot!

The morning manager is a top notch professional. Always has it moving quick and efficiently. I'm sorry I don't have his name. Next time I'm in there I will get it and post it.

Don't order the fish unless it's made to order fresh and hot, then it is the Best!!! Order the double fish filet, only $1 more, and well worth it!!!

We was in drive-thru. They was responsiblely fast and the food was fresh.

I used the drive-through this morning.
Fast service and acupuncture order.
The two people at the windows were friendly and courteous.
The food was hot and fresh.

You can't ask for more than this at a fastfood drive through. 5 stars all the way.

It's a McDonald's, soo...What makes this one different are the very hard working and dedicated people who work there. Clean, excellent service, kudos to everyone who works so hard for us!!

It's a McDonald's. Hot food! Quick service! For some reason, they could not give me a receipt.

Excellent job from night staff! They work their tails off and do an amazing job especially considering they are often working their shift plus a shift for no shows. Two people manage to handle lines wrapped around the building nightly extremely quickly … considering the amount of work being done by only two to three people for a night shift. If your visit late night be considerate, they are working their tails off!!!

This is a great location, it's right near where I live and who doesn't like McDonald's for some cheap fast food! I have been to locations that are not so good, but always like this one!

Went through drive thru to get a coffee and cinnamon roll and it took a really long time. The wait was unreasonable, on my way to work at Ford KY Truck Plant just across the street with not a lot of time to spare, several cars pulled out of line and pulled off. Not sure what was going on to cause the delay, but it was frustrating and unusual for this location.

Super nice mgr! I was down the road at the emergency vet and had been waiting outside for nearly 3 hours. I live 45 minutes away, it was 10:30 at night, and I really had to go to the restroom. The vet said I couldn't come in. I explained to the mgr at McDonald's and asked if I could use the restroom and he didn't hesitate. Really appreciate it!

Liquida was friendly and fantastic, along with the other staff. Gods good and service. One of the better McDonald’s around.

I love this McDonald's!!! They never let me down. I stop here quite often before work and the service is always amazing and fast. I usually leave with a smile on my face because even when I go through the drive thru, the employees are very kind and personable. Keep doing what you guys are doing because it's great.

It was fresh. The quality in food has drastically changed over the years. I have not enjoyed a McDonald's burger in over 15years until recently. I would highly recommend it to anyone to give McDonald's another try.
