The UPS Store

Came in today toting many ups returns. Amazon had once again defaulted to something other than ups. I thought I was going to have to go home and call again and the young lady (who has helped me before and is always friendly and quick) helped me get it straightened out on my phone! I was able to get my business done. I’m sorry don’t know her name but she’s awesome. I always use your shop for sending things. Thank her for me again! She’ll know who was a “problem” today! Lol

Had an amazing experience coming into the UPS store this past week when i sent last minute christmas gifts. Sydney helped me get it shipped. She was so nice and amazing!!!

Von is an excellent customer service representative. He gets me in and out the door and he works hard at bit only this store but the one in Middletown as well. Deserves a raise and a promotion! Thanks Von!
