Starbucks

I love this Starbucks location! It is always extremely clean, the staff is super friendly, and no matter how busy they get they always make sure that they try their best to get every single order up to par. I know they get extremely busy, but even during those busy times, they are always welcoming the guest with a smile along with a friendly greeting. The managers are absolutely wonderful, so sweet. It really take the time to get to know their guests and recognize friendly face.
I enjoy coming in and doing my homework for hours on end, and always being checked up on. Good customer service really does make the difference. I wish people were a little more courteous to people who work in this kind of industry because of how fast paced and demanding it really is.
I hope the staff knows that they are valued and appreciated and I always enjoy my drinks for a pick me up on my bad days

It was a typical Starbucks. I went to the drive-thru and used the app and the girl made the drink the right way the first time. She looked so young. She could have been 16 or less

Had them custom make a drink from a tik tok video, it was perfect!

I love this Starbucks. Quick, friendly, super efficient! My little girl asked for a mermaid Frappuccino, the two employees went out of their way to find the recipe and went even further to substitute as necessary. Smiling the entire time. 5 stars all the way.

The drinks were great once we got them, and the right ones. Normally that would prompt me to leave fewer stars and bad review. However, when we got there there was a huge line around the building for the drive through, so we went in since we were traveling and needed to stretch. The first thing I noticed was how short staffed they were. The barista that took our order was fantastic, great attitude, helpful and smiling. When one of our orders was the wrong drink we had a sincere apology and the correct one right away. For such a small crew, they rocked it and deserve to be praised! Good job!!!!

Those poor girls are working so hard to keep up with orders to have to deal with some very rude people. I just watched those girls run there tails off to keep up only to throw orders away because people don't pick them up after ordering them online, I watched a rude customer go off on them, but I not once saw anyone thank them for working so hard. So ladies if you get to see this, like I said as I was walking out the door, THANK YOU! I APPRECIATE YOUR HARD WORK, DONT LET THOSE NEGATIVE PEOPLE STEAL YOUR SUNSHINE!

Ordered a pink drink, got a pink drink. I got it quickly, with a smile and inside a clean/ beautifully decorated store. I love how much seating is inside and out. Love that this is in festus!

They were so nice and I had a great chat with the front barista about traveling! I'll definitely be headed in there again next time I'm headed through Missouri.

I am here every morning before work to get espresso for my protein shake & everyone is so friendly. They greet me every time I walk in the door with a “ good morning Jamie”. Wish I knew the mangers name but he’s awesome & B is my favorite employee. Keep up the good work guys, look forward to seeing you all every morning!

Overall the coffee is great! but if you have somewhere to be do not go here. I have been in the drive thru line for 40 minutes getting my grandma a coffee for her birthday. They aren’t always slow! But they are short staffed and that can be very stressful.

This was the best Starbucks! We stopped here on our way back to Illinois. They had Disney music playing it was very playful and chill environment, orders were perfect! We understand a lot of places are short staffed right now but this place is worth the wait!

We came through the drive through and Richard was working, my daughter not having a clue what she wanted, Richard helped us to figure out the perfect drink. And Krissy made the drinks and for the first time my drink was absolutely perfect. I have tried to order the same one about 5 different places and multiple times and Everytime it was not what I wanted. Thank you to the staff working tonight you all are amazing

Just what you order! Of course i haven't been there enough to know what is the best! I had to get blood work done at my doctors office and couldn't have any coffee. I saw the line of cars bumper to bumper to get a cup of coffee with other places available! But i followed the crowd and got in the line at Starbucks! It didn't take long at all and the taste was well worth it!

My coffee was perfect! The server was pleasant but the store was not as clean as others.

Always love Starbucks! I got the hot white chocolate and added 1 extra white chocolate but it wasn't enough to make it sweet enough. Wish I would of had them add more pumps of the white chocolate. And it wasn't hot at all. Kinda disappointed....... Wish Starbucks would send me an email for a do over. Thanks
