Store had a great selection of stuff and was well organized. Employee was super kind in helping us find what we wanted.

Traded in my old PS4 for a new Switch Lite. Employee was nice informing me on warranty info and not haggling me to join the power up rewards or anything. Easy in out in less than 5 minutes the way it should be.

Had a great experience at this location. Went to pick up an online order for someone and Jason made sure the box was in good condition and actually switched it out for me because the original had a huge slice on the top. Really appreciate this because I wouldn't have thought to check someone like this. Will be back to this location again and again!!!

Without a doubt the best Gamestop around! Not only is the store always clean and stocked, but the customer service is top-notch. Shout-out to manager Jason and his team, who are helpful, kind and knowledgeable!

All the obvious stuff: store is clean, we'll stocked, and had everything we needed. Vee was awesome, had a great disposition and very knowledgeable. Not the closest one to my home, but the location I will be returning to.

GameStop gets a lot of hate; but you will find branches that still give that small game shop feel. I also gotta mention they are one of the few remaining physical game shops around; I understand the move to digital, but I appreciate the act of picking up a game and looking around, being engaged by thoughtful and interesting employees.

Staff always very friendly and helpful here. Only complaint is the products online price isn't same as in store. When I was going to select item for pickup, site said wasn't available in any close Gamestop in a 100 mile radius, while I was in store! I'm sure more of a corporate problem. I really like shopping at this location more than others around this area.

We went to 3 different game stops and this one hooked me up. The one in massilion was 419 alone with only the playstation, no warranty. Today, Jasmine, who was a really sweet woman, hooked me up with a playstation, 3 month playstation plus card, and a warranty for only 390. All less than the playstation overall. I got hooked up with a GameStop membership.

Will be returning. The warranty there was 35 for a year and 40 for 2. It came with a controller. Massilion was 40 for 1 year and 60 for 2. Extremely grateful to Jasmine and this gamestop.

Would not go to any other GameStop than this one after today.

Great every time. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Carries gachapon machines! Have tshirt sales pretty often. I visit here 2-3 times a month.

As far as game stop locations go, this one was a but above average. It took forever for the clerk to find my games in the drawers but she was new and in training. The store was less cluttered with clearance garbage than some others I've been to recently.

The associate was very friendly and most of the prices were very reasonable. I have a budding Pokémon trainer and he was all about the plush they had in stock which was all he wanted.

I'm always impressed with how friendly & helpful the staff are here. The younger generation seems to not have people skills these days but this place is the exception. Not one time have I ever gotten bad service, it doesnt matter what location I've been to. Keep up the good work Gamestop!
