It is very rare in today’s world to walk into a retail establishment and be greeted by sincere, genuine people who want to help and provide a great customer experience. Carter & the team at TradeHome Opry Mills did just that. Not only was I returning shoes, I tried on 2-3 new pairs of shoes to make sure I was satisfied with the exchange. Having a rare form factor to my feet, my shoes can often dictate how well I’m able to walk in the coming days. The employees were stellar, understanding, caring and most of all very accommodating. You can tell the leadership at this location has developed and continue to drive a great culture of success which starts and ends with the customer experience. Carter was an excellent excellent representative of your company. I will definitely be back.

My experience was EXTREMELY good, the manager Carter was very helpful! And he made the shopping very easy and fun, my son was flat footed and he pointed us in the right direction. Gave a great description of the shoe and how it works in his benefit. He also made the experience fun with his astonishing attitude. Amazing experience!! The customer service in this store is next level. The team here is so knowledgeable, and they make you feel so welcome! They help fit you for the perfect shoe, no matter what kind of shoes you are looking for. Their selection of footwear is comprehensive in all aspects, including tennis shoes, boots, sandals, dress shoes, etc.!! They carry top premium brands, such as ON Clouds, HOKA, Birkenstock, Nike, New Balance, and Brooks! This is my new go-to shoe store for all of my footwear needs! The selection is great, and the service is even better!!! Salespeople are not pushy at all, just helpful and kind!

He walked me through everything, brought me multiple options and helped me find exactly what I needed. He helped multiple other people while helping me and I never had to wait for anything. The Tradehome Shoe store at Opry Mills Mall has the best selection of On Cloud shoes . I just bought my 2nd pair in 3 months. Being on my feet in my career i always invest in good shoes. The store manager Carter and sales associate Eli(Ely ?) are on top with knowlege and customer service . I highly recommend the shoes and this store ..

My wife and I stopped in here about a month ago. We were specifically looking for a pair of leather slip ons for me, and a pair of Hokas for her, but weren't exactly sure which ones. We left with exactly what we needed and a month later, we are both still enjoying the recommended shoes. Carter (the manager) went above and beyond with his service, measuring my wife's feet with the 3d imager to get the best recommendation, and bringing out multiple styles and colors from the back for her to try. He did upsell a bit offering orthotics, cleaning products and waterproofing spray, but it was helpful rather than obnoxious, and he was very polite when we declined. Prices were reasonable and we got quality shoes that have done well for us. I would highly recommend stopping in if you need new shoes!

can never find size 13 in hoka shoes unless i order online. carter found what i needed and helped me out. honestly might be one of the top 5 customer service experiences i’ve ever had. i’ll definitely be coming back for mine and my wife’s shoes. great people to buy from.

I’ve been struggling with foot pain for awhile now. The manager named Sean was so great with getting me into a pair of shoes that gave me relief! He went as far as fitting me for an insole. The customer service was personable and overall next level. A great experience with great a great guy running the store. I can’t wait to be back.

I came in looking for some brooks but was not exactly sure what I wanted. Jack was super helpful and friendly. He found me a few options to try on and I found one I liked a lot.

Poor customer service - people were waiting for assistance and the four workers didn’t even come up and ask if anyone needed help. I was standing already for 15 minutes trying to catch a workers attention and no one came up to assist with myself or even others also trying to get help. Would not recommend the store due to poor customer service.
