Asia, Nick, Amy and Sarah are the sweetest most welcoming baristas I’ve ever met. I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks thanks to them. They made sure my drink was made to my expectations (it’s a complicated drink) and truly brightened up my day. I’m new to the area and will be coming back specifically to laugh and joke with them

The wonderful employees at the west ocean city location make sure to give personal and professional service each and every morning I go there. Ordering on the mobile app has never been a problem and they make that dialysis three times a week isn’t so bad going in armed and dangerous with my Starbucks meal and drink in hand! Thanks guys! Hats off or should I say hats on til warmer weather!🤓

While most of the time these chains are meant to be consistent among all the sites , there are clearly some that care more to hit that expectation than others and this location appears to be one. The employees were friendly, the drinks came out quickly and they were made exactly as expected.

These Macha greentea frappuccinos were purchased from Starbucks in Milford, Ohio. They were absolutely, positively creamy and delicious. And the printed greetings made it even more special.💝

Very very friendly with a strong team spirit. When the drive thru is busy, the line moves quickly. My order has always been accurate. This store is a pleasant place to visit.

This Starbucks is close to the beach, and I love that it stays un-crowded during the off-season. Most of the staff are fantastic.

Starsbucks makes the greatest chai tea then any other coffee house & no one else sells banana walnut & pecan bread, i highly recommend these items at starsbucks, they're the worth of ur money

Starbucks in Ocean City is my go-to coffee spot! The location is ideal, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Their coffee is consistently excellent and their selection of pastries never disappoints. A must-visit for any coffee lover in Ocean City!

I love this store. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, great place to read or study in the off season. The partners are knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Customer service is excellent.

The oatmeal, strawberry açaí and my pumpkin latte was amazing! They made everything literally perfect! That was my first time at that specific Starbucks! I highly recommend!

Clean, bright, and friendly. Lots of space to sit and enjoy your coffee. The staff was friendly and did the difficult job of addressing a patron whose dogs were barking inside.

Service is always quick, drive through, inside, or mobile order.

Even though they are very busy & could use at least another set of hands, the staff acknowledged me & apologized for the wait.

I miss the original Starbucks location and was sad to see they tore it down and built a new one. It was my old stomping ground/mobile office where I used to spend hours here getting paperwork done. I guess I’m nostalgic. Also, it’s been several years since I visited this Starbucks and no one seems to remember the old manager’s name or where he works now. He was an older white dude that worked for Starbucks forever and still worked the barista bar. He was a beast and could make several drinks at the same time.

Typical Starbucks. Employees are super friendly, interior is very nice with cool wallpaper featuring the mermaid and astrology. Drive thru is efficient - just gets super busy during the in-season.

Every single employee is super nice and always cheerful. I have had several of their people make the drink that I always order and it’s ALWAYS delicious. The work quickly and precisely in there while making it appear effortless.

The baristas were nice and hefty with their proportions. They engaged in conversation and we simply amazing despite the fact that I came in 10 minutes before closing time.i went back the next day for only the second time and they were still amazing about the amount of changes I made to my drink. My drink tasted great as did the drinks of the rest of my party.

I love this Starbucks! They r quick, prompt, n efficient. Same awesome experience every morning. If I'm indecisive, they always recommend something delicious. There is a bush in the drive-thru, right after the window, that makes the sensors in my vehicle go insane. I do have a wide vehichle though n would rather get rid of the vehichle then this Starbucks they have such great customer service. 😉Thank u!!!
