Just wanted to drop by and say that Alex has been very helpful on a few instances I have recently had. I had purchased a phone over Christmas online and they charged me for the device not being returned. I went into the store because I had confirmation they received the device at the warehouse and even signed for it. Alex helped with getting in contact with the right people and was able to get my charge refunded to my account.
I then went back recently to upgrade my phone. When we walked into the store, he had multiple customers and was by himself. He was able to tend to all customers inside the store. He did have multiple people come into the store and had advised them that it could take some time to get to them, and gave them the option to wait in store or to return at a better time.

The Ocean Pines store I feel is not set up to handle multiple customers at the same time due to the counter layout. They have a lot of floor space, but a small area to take care of customers. If you have more than 2 customers, they are sitting on top of each other. Maybe it is time to change the store up a little like the one in Berlin by Jersey Mikes (where you can sit at a table and be able to deal with multiple customers at the same time, but not be sitting on top of each other). This would give the sales people space to be able to keep track of what they are doing with the customer. If they have multiple line pick ups, they lose counter space quickly......

All and all, my experience with Alex was a positive one and he was able to help me with everything I needed.

Recently visited the Ocean Pines store to replace a phone. Alex did a great job of explaining the current deals and we ended up with upgraded free phones, and a deal on our family plan. Alex was so patient and extremely helpful. I am confident he will help if we have any issues. It was a positive experience....I would definitely recommend!

Alex helped me with my Activation. I ported the number and he was able to get that for me like a pro. After meeting him today I can tell that he is very approachable employee. You can expect a great experience.

Eleva was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and patient while helping me set up my new phone. Jordan was wonderful. She explained everything clearly and didn’t try to push anything! When I came back to pick up my phone she had some not so nice customers and she handled it like a pro.
