Great place with a wide selection of refurbished appliances. They offer delivery and haul away for only $35. I recieved my fridge cold. Yes they had it plugged in until about an half an hour before it was delivered. He hooked up the washing machine and made sure it was working and also checked the settings on the fridge. I highly recommend this business *****

Came in to buy a flat top stove ..budgeted 500 for it .prices were so good i paid 650 for a stove AND a larger refrigerator .they sales lady was kind enough to hold the refrigerator and stove until the next day so i could confirm fridge would fit ( wasn't shopping for one so didn't bring the measurements) .the delivery and set up went smooth ( despite a weather hiccup) they took away the old ones for no additional charge and the give a 90 day warranty .if you really need an appliance replaced and can't afford new i strongly recommend this store

Quality reconditioned appliances at great prices. Usually half what new costs and helps keep them out of the dump. Cheap delivery and haul-away bc they recondition/resell. My refrigerator broke and I went to AAA, met Lisa and Chris (the owner). They had exactly what I wanted and although they were closing soon, Chris delivered and removed the other one for me the same day! Warm, friendly atmosphere and great customer service! I highly recommend them.

Great customer service. Always on time. Bought a stove from them at a great deal a year ago and haven't had any problems. Very reasonable pricing! They are definitely the best around this area for anything appliances!

I called AAA Appliance on 3/19/2020 and spoke to Ashley. Ashley was personable and professional. I explained to her what had happened to me regarding my washer that was leaking profusely, how I called another company, Appliance Unlimited and they completely botched the job. Ashley stated that someone can be out 3/23/2020 to diagnose the issue and if they didn't have the part they would be back out on 3/24/2020 to fix the issue. Chris came on 3/23/2020 on time and looked at the washer and found the glaring issue. A rat had chewed through one of my lines, it was clear as day. Something Appliance Unlimited had missed. You know how Appliance Unlimited missed it? They didn't look at it. They guessed what the problem was. They then kept telling me they would come back out but kept standing me up and lying to me. Appliance Unlimited never came back out, they treated me like trash. No respect for this community.

Now lets see how AAA Appliance did:

Chris stated he would be back out tomorrow 3/24/2020 and that Ashley will call me with a time. Ashley calls me on 3/24/2020 around 11am and states that Chris should be there within an hour to remedy the issue. Chris shows up again on time and fixes the issue quickly and correctly. Chris put everything back the way it was when he arrived and even helped me with the aftermath of the water issue from the leak. He didn't have to do that but it showed me he actually cares. He verified everything was working before he took my payment. The price was more than fair in my opinion. If anyone has issues with their pricing then I implore you to call around so you can see that AAA Appliance is giving you a deal.

All in all I am very satisfied how AAA Appliance treated me. They showed up when they said they were going to, they kept me updated, they did a great job, and the price was great. They will be getting all of my future business. Thank you Ashley, thank you Chris!

I would like to add that I called AAA Appliance and guess what? They came out, they kept me updated, they fixed the issue, and the price was great. Do not use Appliance Unlimited. They treated me like trash. I implore you to take your needs to AAA Appliance. Ashley and Chris are friendly, knowledgable and people of their word. If they say they will do it then you can trust that.

I had purchased a side by side refrigerator from them to be delivered. They were on time , courteous , and even fixed my washer while they were here and didn't charge me because it was an easy fix. Highly recommend this business to anyone with any appliance need !

I drove by on a Sunday and saw the door open, I didn't know they were closed. I was greeted by the owner Tom and he was very nice and invited me in. After a long casual conversation and being interrupted by a phone call while the shop was "closed" where he managed to sell a refrigerator while I waited, I decided to buy a used dryer. He asked me to call the next day when they were open. I called and his wife answered and knew exactly what I wanted. She arranged for my dryer to be delivered within 2 hours. Two guys showed up on time and delivered my dryer to my 3rd floor apartment and installed it within minutes even though I had returned a brand new dryer from HH Gregg because they told me it would not fit. I have only had the dryer for a short while but it is working perfectly and I am very happy with the purchase. I highly recommend this shop after problems with a new store bought dryer and much apprehension about buying a used appliance. So far, it has been a very positive experience!

I've been using AAA for years. Anytime I need an appliance, they always help me find one that fits my budget. Reasonable prices on parts and repairs too! Definitely recommend for all your used appliance and repairs.
