Extremely friendly atmosphere. Bought $40 worth of chocolate varieties and they were so fresh.

The ladies that work here are very attentive ❤ and offer samples definitely worth coming back product is fresh

My first time going to this location, after it being stationed at this address for years was back on April 15, 2023. The person serving candy on this day was lady by the name of Max. She was nice, hospitable and just a consummate professional. Because the second time I came to this location (ALMOST A WEEK LATER) the same person Max was there to service candy to the customers on this day. I usually visit the location downtown (NORTH MICHIGAN AVENUE) because it is bigger store with more of a variety but if I am ever in need for chocolate in the future this will probably be my go to location seeing is most locations are starting to close, again makes me filled with SADNESS!!

I had a great experience here today. I was greeted immediately when I walked inside the store. They had a great selection. A young lady employee (Kitty) saw me contemplating and walked over to ask if I needed assistance. She helped me decide and she was extremely nice, warm and welcoming. Also Valerie the store manager was warm and welcoming. Quite a different experience than another Fannie May location so I’ll only come here for my candy. Thanks to everyone at the store. They were all so nice and we all need a little kindness in life. Thank you!

Okay this was one of the best experience I've had in a long time! Thanks to Max the sales girl not only did she make this experience fun she knew everything there was to know about the chocolates and candies at hand. Yeah yeah I know that's her job but she went above and beyond not only making it fun she made sure I was happy with my purchase before I left. So thanks again Max for everything really appreciated it.

Fannie May is a staple for a reason, me and my family have been going for years and it never disappoints! It's pricey but well worth it. You should definitely go if you haven't before, and even if you have!

I live out of State and wanted to have a delivery made to my in-laws for their anniversary. Due to allergies to flowers, I decided to send chocolates. They are partial to the mint meltaways. I ordered online but didn’t see where a personal note could be added so I called the store to inquire.. I was not merely satisfied with the customer service over the phone (by Valerie), but found her interaction to be exceptional. I could tell it was a busy time and she politely asked if she could call me back as she was about to help a gentleman carry a large order to his car. She called me back promptly and cheerfully went above and beyond to added a personal note to the package I was sending. She asked which anniversary it was and extended her congratulations I can’t say enough about the wonderful service. The delivery was made within an hour of my call! Highly recommend this store.

Colleen did an excellent job. This place is a perfect example of great customer service. People are always nice and hospitality is great. Product is great quality.

The quality and variety are amazing. Some gift wrapped all cello wrapped. The per pound price is half that of retail. Check it out!
