I stopped by the Germantown store earlier today, to find some nail 💅 products. I was greeted by Brianna, who was cheerful, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with 💗 She even complimented me on my lash extensions, and that really made my day ☺ Sally Beauty is truly blessed to have her working at that store !!!

They have great deals and wonderful products!! I love how much better my hair feels and my pocketbook by buying my hair dye at Sally's and hand mixing exactly the amount needed for the amount of hair I am dying! No waste, less expensive than box color and professional grade!! Also Ion hair products are their secret weapon- a fraction of the price of other brands and works like magic!!

Staff is always knowledgeable and willing to help. The same girl has helped me twice now and she makes good recommendations to reach my goals without making me feel like she's just trying to sell me stuff.

So comfortable walking in to this location. The manager is the sweetest girl ever and is extremely helpful kind and always remembers me. I am always asked by staff if I'm finding everything ok, super friendly always smiling! Thank you!
