Love this store, it's always clean and very well stocked. I think there's only been one time I've seen it lowly stocked but it had to be shipment day. Anyways, came by a few weeks ago, explained I'm a doof who does their own hair. I wasn't really sure about toners and I was suggested something after discussing my vision with the helping employee. She had me point out a level I think I'd be able to get to. Finally got to using it today, with a lot of hesitation and a pretty low level bleach job- worked great!!! My hair is a nice color without the "did this in my bathroom" look. Maybe minus the chunk I missed but that's a me problem 😂

Tiffany and Gloria were both very helpful today, showed lots of dedication and kindness. Also they both want to help me succeed in achieving the color I want. Thank you both and Thank you Sally's!!! 🙏

Just stopped in today for a hair mask for dry, frizzy hair. Was assisted by the nicest, very knowledgeable employee, Ari.
She was so friendly compared to some that have been working during previous visits (6+ months ago). She didn't make me feel like an idiot for asking questions and sharing my hair journey. She shared what's popular and has great reviews on social media. Thank you Ari!!! ❤

The three Sally's I have been to all have courteous,friendly and the most helpful staff at a store I have ever encountered. Kudos to corporate and higher ups that hire these people. I hope your company treats its employees as well as they treat their customers. I've visited Parma(Ridgewood Dr.) Brooklyn(Ridgepark Square)and Cleveland(Steeleyard).

This place is great. You can get good products for much less money. I like this location, the girls here are really nice and they know their stuff. They help me pick out products and I always like what they recommend.
