CM Games - West Town Mall

The selection here is amazing! The video game selection for current consoles is impressive. Same for past consoles as well. But it doesn't hold a candle to the vast number of board and card games!

It gets better, there was a mistake I made with a purchase. The staff were extremely understanding and helpful. The issue was easily resolved, and they have earned a customer for life based just on that. Add to this that they helped me find a unique game and answered questions in other areas with careful consideration, and we have a perfect storm of great service, great selection, and great people!

One of the greatest video game stores I have ever been to in my life, they had a very nice collection of classic retro games and consoles including SNES games complete in box and I finally was able to get a backward compatible PlayStation 3 console I been looking for years. If you're a retro gamer this is absolutely the right store to visit. Will definitely go there again when I get the chance.

Bryan was amazing at helping with my pokemon card trade it. Pointed out a miss print I didn't know I had.... owner was in store and willing to work a deal on my trade. All the staff is very friendly and helpful

Zack, Cameron, and Joe are amazing! Super helpful with all my Lorcana needs on Into the Inklands release day, all with no line or wait! Answered all my questions, helped recommend products and local events, and even checked their sister location for products that we at of stock at theirs.

Plus, they were super personable, really great guys, talked to me about all different kinds of techs, super knowledgeable

Came to play in this store’s most recent Pokémon League Cup. The TO Jeremy was excellent and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere and playspace for any game. Defiantly will return for more Cups in the future.

Called today looking for a particular game I’ve had trouble finding, while Mackenzie could locate a copy either, she went above and beyond to try and help me find one elsewhere in town. Great service, will be shopping here in the future.

I think this is the only store in the Knoxville area that has a disc buffer-- which will eliminate most heavy scraches from DVD's and video game discs. I've been calling around to every video store, Walmart & GameStop before I found this place. And $2.99 is a fair price for this service.

Their selection is varies from found on the Walmart shelf to extremely rare collectables. For video games, they have various cartridges from Atari to today's disc games. They expanded their board game, card game and collectable toy selection. They offer competitive pricing, widely below GameStop rates. They even have a back section of their store for open play card tables and tournaments.

The store is decently organized and very clean. The staff are especially helpful.

Well-organized, easy to navigate, and friendly, knowledgeable staff make this a wonderful atmosphere to shop in. Being able to have a spacious area to jam games with friends while also having fun events to play in consistently all lead to a quality experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the TCG scene to check out.

Went to the mall to hit up GameStop but came across this store along the way. So glad we did. Their PS4 was $120 less and the staff was phenomenal. Huge selection, great service, willingness to answer questions. Will never step foot in GameStop again, this is my new go-to place.
