A.T. Radiology

Stephanie M. went out of her way to assist me. I am a retired gentleman. Things get very confusing sometimes and she took the time to not only explain to me this process but also to make a follow up appointment in another A.T. Radiology location to accommodate my expedited needs.
Unbelievably she switched from speaking English to Spanish to help me understand better what my needs were. God bless her and we are happy to know that your employees are such courteous human beings.
I also want to acknowledge Gabby A. She was the intermediary in the beginning, by speaking Spanish, which is much easier for me to understand.
I am very grateful to Gabby also for the way that she represents the company and making me feel heard and comfortable.
These 2 are exemplary employees of your company.

My first time there today, it was absolutely fabulous. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I’ve been to other places for mammograms and I think from the front desk to the technicians and the radiologist. They are absolutely the best. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The staff @ AT Radiology were amazing, timely and proficient in all departments. Nicole checked me in in under 1 minute with a ,"Good Morning!" before she even finished the prior patients' booking. I was promptly called back within 3-5 minutes by Lauren who was just darling and smiling the whole time. Josh who completed 3 X-rays as fast as you can say go...was awesome. The whole staff as a collective got my day started out fantastic. I do not post many reviews, but these young people's passion shone though so much that their efficiency had me call and see who I could speak to to commend them. Thanks again, you are my number 1 choice if I need that type of patient care again. NMD

Thank you to Alondra, CeCe,Alisa and Yausmary. These folks made my visit very comfortable and stress-free. There was a few misunderstandings about procedure and insurance process in the beginning. Ordinarily I would knock off a star or two for that. However, these folks did all they could do to clear up the misunderstanding in a kind and patient manner. I must say I left there feeling like I was treated like royalty. I truly hope that the owner of this facility sees this review and compliments those folks for their extra effort and compassion.

Josh (the X-Ray Tech) was very professional and patient with my 4 y/o daughter. Wait time was only 25 minutes. Receptionist was also nice and helpful. Since my daughter was so young, the Radiologist took a look at her x rays right away to let me know if there was anything wrong. I recommend this place and would be coming back.

Came in for an X-ray today. Front desk personnel were welcoming and efficient. Michael was very patient with me during my exam and took the time to explain everything. Good job to management. I recommend ATR of Winter Haven!

I had no problems and no complaint what's so ever. Michael who did my x-ray was so nice and fast and David who did my CT was just the sweetest. Front desk girls upfront are so nice I felt so welcoming for my appointment thank you so much ❤

Kim and Hannah both explained to me in details. Step by step of everything that needed to be done. I was very nervous upon arrival. Thanks ladies for making me feel very comfortable.

Michael did my X-ray and was very sweet, compassionate, and very gentle with my legs.
Yausmary is the first person that you will see at the front desk and she is super sweet and kind and will answer any questions you may have.

I’ve been coming here for some time now and the ladies up front are just amazing as well as all the techs . Everyone is so attentive , the office is always clean , and I’m usually in and out of this place within 30 minutes .

Rasheda was great. Made me feel comfortable and open to ask many questions I had. For people like her is that we will have a better health system 🤍 thank you for the great treatment!

Ms. Kim was the ABSOLUTE BEST! She has the best attitude, customer service & tenacity that I have ever experienced! It’s been a joy knowing her all of these years! AT Radiology is very blessed to have her & she sets the example of professionalism to its highest! Love you Ms. Kim ❤❤❤

The best experience we always have . Here in Winter Haven we always have best treatment at AT Radiology. People are welcoming, place is very nice clean and now they are remodeling. Can’t wait to see how it is going to look when it is done

Super friendly staff the technicians made me feel comfortable in the process and Miss Nicole n Miss Rodriguez were very courteous checking me in n out in a timely manner.

My dad had an excellent experience at this Winter Haven location. Friendly staff, especially Elizabeth she went above and beyond and took her time with him answering his questions.
