It seems as though this store has had a serious upgrade over the last couple of months; not as in a decorative remodel, but perhaps as in a change of management & staffing. It is now consistently clean & organized, and to a more detailed degree. It is obvious the employees take great care in keeping everything front facing & well stocked. It makes the store more aesthetically pleasing to shop in, and I find myself spending more time in there because of it.

I have also noticed a change in the "vibe" of the store. Everyone there is so helpful & pleasant, and I'm never made to feel like an inconvenience when I have specific questions about products. I must say, I am actually quite impressed with the customer service as of late, especially since the quality of customer service in retail has generally been on the decline (understandable pandemic burn out. I get it.).

Aslan is always a delight to interact with. Although she is brand new & doesn't always know the answers to my questions, she does everything she can to point me in the right direction. I appreciate her honesty when she doesn't know, and her enthusiasm when she does. I hope she stays at this location because she truly makes me feel like a valued customer.

Great customers service and everyone is very helpful and energetic. Sometimes I come in on Sundays and Jennifer gets what I need quickly and efficiently. Thank you everyone for making our work enjoyable.

I am fresh in beauty school and working at a salon so coming into a beauty store with thousands of products was quite intimidating. The employees were super awesome right when I walked in, helped me find products when I was walking in obvious circles. Very friendly. I come to this store once to twice a week and get consistent interactions. Overall, very clean store, quick checkout, friendly employees, prime location.

Yes when they first open they needed a bit of time to get their act together. But they were never rude and always helpful, over the phone and in person. I’m assuming they have much better management in the past year. They have a better handle on what they have, how to use it and when it should be coming in, if out of stock. I have actually had one or two issues with workers at Okee/military Trail in the past.. But it seems Cosmo Prof has stepped up and addressed the attitudes of their workers through out.Bravo!

Few months ago left in amazing review for this store changing my review today may 6th at 5 o'clock were service I ever received Golding get off the phone at all the stores in absolute mess no color on the shelves. the color that is there is not in the right plac. such a shame used to be a great place won't be back again.
