Stompin’ Grounds Coffee House

Stumbled upon this gem when I happened to be in Hendersonville for some work, it’s just a 20 min drive from East Nash and if you ask me, totally worth the drive!

After reviewing 50+ coffee shops, I can proudly say, as a coffee connoisseur, I loved everything about this place. Their iced Crème brûlée latte was a winner (barista told me it’s their most popular latte! Also, under their seasonal menu right now, they’re serving a variation of this Latte - Pumpkin Crème Brûlée).

The vibe of this place however is their best asset! It’s exactly what I’m looking for when visiting a local coffee shop. On a winter-y cold day, wear your sweater, grab your book from your TBR pile, sip on warm coffee, grab their mini bites (oat+raisin) or Avocado Toast and you’ll have done your Sunday right!

Highly recommend! They have claimed a spot on my Top 10 coffee shops in Greater Nashville Area!

10/10 would highly recommend a visit to Stompin' Grounds Coffee House. I was turned on to this local gem by our hotel concierge and I must say it did not disappoint. The cozy feel of the restaurant kept my wife and I feeling like we were sitting at home surrounded by friends. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. If the parking lot is packed, don't let that deter you from staying. It may be busy, but is worth every minute of the wait. Each drink was handled with care and presented beautifully. The flavors were blended to create unique combinations that excite your taste buds and make it hard to choose a favorite. The breakfast sandwiches were created to order and were served piping hot. The biscuits and bagel were the perfect balance of savory to the sweet drinks. We are in town for the week and are already contemplating a second visit before leaving town. Thanks to the staff for an amazing start to our Tennessee vacation.

Unassuming, kitchy, general store feel from the outside puts you at ease walking in. Way different from the bland, commercial, over-marketed storefronts of other coffee spots.

Inside, I walked in to what felt like a familiar, comfortable, and well furnished house that doubled as a coffee shop. The multiple spaces and style beckons you to bring a friend and chill.

I was greeted immediately and offered help with suggestions if I couldn't make up my mind. Got the pleasure of talking to the owner's daughter, Joy. She gave me the rundown of the history of Stompin' Grounds. Opened by her folks to fund an orphanage. (All proceeds donated) They wanted to be different from chains like S*bucks, who seemed to be focused on speed, and have cold atmospheres. They focus on the customer experience and what they can do for the community by providing a space where people connect and get to know each other, all the while reaching and improving the lives of others thousands of miles away.

My iced caramel latte was superb, coupled with a delicious bacon egg and cheese bagel cooked to perfection! Check out all they have to offer on the menu. Given time, I definitely will.

My suggestion, ditch the drive thru today! Try some self care, take a fiend or a book to Stompin' Grounds and take a pause on the craziness of life for a bit. You won't regret making this local spot your new oasis!

We enjoyed a great Honey Bee latte and a Chai. Both were perfectly prepared. The location was easy to find. Decor was cute and eclectic. The staff was kind, quick and friendly. Menu choices were pretty awesome, highly recommend the Avocado toast!

I'm a fan. Coffee is tasty, they have a variety of different non-dairy milks and more sugar free syrup options than Starbucks. Their breakfast (haven't had their lunch) is basic (store bought bread and bagels), but still good how they put it all together. The cute house vibe makes it welcoming to come work or study or sit outside at picnic tables. Ladies there have all been very sweet and attentive.

Con: Kinda hard to see it from the street (it's right next to Florist Express) and there's no clear delineation of parking spaces.

Loved this coffee shop! Totally adorable and the food was excellent. I got the flatbread pizza. Coffee was delicious! Excited to come again.

Great family owned shop. Found it on Google and love the coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Great vibe. Comfortable seating. Love stopping by when in the area.

I always get the friendliest service and their Dirty Chai is so good. Everyone's chais always taste different everywhere you go, but theirs is full flavored and perfect every time. Can't beat the avocado toast or breakfast bagel either.

I love this coffee shop! I come here most mornings before work. The drinks are great, the food is good, and the shop has a cool vibe with indoor and outdoor seating.

Absolutely love this place! Atmosphere is cozy and the staff make you feel like family. The coffee is local and wonderful. Many specialties and it's all done with flair. The little extras, such as a toasted marshmallow on a stick atop your hot chocolate, make this place a winner. Many hot breakfast choices and pastry items make your visit a no brainer. This is a priority coffee stop!

YUM! This place has some delicious breakfast food. The everything bagel with egg, bacon and cheese was made to perfection. The cheesy garlic flatbread is a MUST try - super flavorful and not overly powerful with the garlic. The gentleman at the register was welcoming and helpful when taking our order. The place is tiny, but the decor is just darling, very bohemian-like. I just wish they had more dessert/pastry options. Check out if you are in the area and want a fast coffee fix.

Stompin’ Grounds gave us great service and product in a very cool atmosphere. We would definitely choose this over the big chains any day! Love how they use their profits to benefit others, as well.

The staff is always pleasant. The frappes, smoothies and flights are good. The whole atmosphere inside and outside is nice especially with music playing.

Best staff. And the cutest place. Coffee was great. Can’t wait to go back.

My son absolutely loved helping the barristas make his grandma GG's chocolate ☕ Coffee today!! My Fiancé and they all had a great time watching! Mom is just in town for a visit, but I will have to stop in myself next time and bring Loren. He is very talkative and enjoys being a lady magnet 🧲. He loves learning new jobs and you guys made his day! We will be back such an adorable shop! 😍

Neat coffee shop! Great atmosphere that is very comfortable to hang out in for a bit. Creme Brulee latte was delicious. Iced chai was amazing. Good value for the nice drinks you get. Service was great and all the employees were friendly. I will be coming back here.

Great coffees. Best Avocado Toast ever! Even had GF bread. Friendly as all heck people and the place us just plain fun.

My go to is the everything bagel with sausage egg and cheese plus iced Cuban with toasted marshmallow . Yummm . I put my order in very quick and simple online as I'm about to leave house that way can run in and grab on my way to work if I'm strapped for time . Otherwise I love to hang here to read , do work on computer or meeting friends to chat.
Only quam is the parking issue on busy days/times. I'd love to see them move into a Little bigger space and/or spruce up the outdoor area to make it more inviting.

Such a great coffee shop. It feels so homey! Great place to visit with friends and family. Great food, coffee, and staff! Delicious, healthy, filling food.
