The lady at the store was really nice and helped me through my whole purchase because I don't know anything about babies other than I needed a gift for one.

I originally ordered an outfit for my daughter from Nordstrom for family pictures. The order was cancelled and I was desperate to find it in time. Bright Beginnings had it in stock and shipped it very quickly, and it’s a bonus to get to support a small business!

Ok.. so i am a 30 year old male with no nieces or nephews, and none of my friends have kids.. so my baby knowledge is limited. So when my girlfriend told me that her sister-in-law was pregnant I knew I was in trouble for their Christmas gift this year haha.

I walked into the store like a deer in headlights. The owner immediately recognized I needed help and stopped what she was doing to assist me. She was very patient and helpful. Wish I had gotten her name. Then at checkout they even wrapped it up for me which was another huge bonus because again as a guy, I suck at wrapping Christmas presents. Thanks again to everybody at Bright Beginnings Boutique!!!

Beautiful selection of baby/toddler clothes. I love to see they have magnetic me and a few other brands that easily close from the front. Our baby is a preemie and it was nice to see they had a little section for preemies since most baby clothes are too big. I’ll let the NICU nurses know of this little gem.

The store is splendid! My husband and I called looking for a Tula baby carrier. The owner was so friendly and beyond helpful! They even had all of the patterns I was looking for. He let me try them all on and walk around the store with my baby for as long as I needed to decide. They have a great selection of carriers, blankets, cloth diapers, clothes, hair accessories, and toys. My husband and I fell in love with the wooden Plan Toys!

I was looking for something very particular here and found exactly what I needed! Really great selection and helpful staff. 10/10!!!

The owner, Adam, is a great guy and was very accommodating of a friend I drove to shop there for a while. I talked with him about clothing, how he runs the store and improvements he's making in the clothing racks and he really understands these things well and aims to provide good service. I don't usually make a big deal over local businesses but talking with him reminded me how valuable they are.

Amazing store! Lots of clothing and gift choices. My daughter and I were visiting from Northetn Virginia and the owners personally took care of us and offered to help us with specialty clothing orders. I would highly recommend this store and will visit them again when I'm in Austin.
