Pleasant little oasis to start the morning in the shyt show that is Brickell.

I was greeted promptly & warmly.

hello good afternoon i would like to take the time to thank you guys for having keven and marlon in your store and company the customer service from keven is always breath taking and very hospital. i come from a very hospitality job and i believe the guest experience comes first they go above and beyond for what he does and i appreciate that a lot very sweet and genuine people. i always come back because of keven and at the evening time 🙏🏾

Nice location if you are local!! Very quiet location and friendly staff.
The only parking you find for free is the street parking. There is a car wash next door so every time I wash my car I have free parking at the garage, But most of the time I walk there.
Highly recommend this place.

Came in tonight to redeem my birthday reward and the barista was very friendly. Him and his team even sang happy birthday as I picked up my drink. Super amazing crew!! Thank you for making my night extra sweet

This Starbucks is the best Starbucks that I have ever been to. Warning....this is not a hyperbole! This Starbucks is Amazing like that Grace Lady.

The GM Alex does a great job keeping her people efficient, kind, and likable. It appears that the spirit of luxurious service is inside of them. Before COVID, During COVID, and after COVID this Starbucks will be a Star. I hope Hollywood BLVD is paying attention.

Special Shout Outs to: Carl, Tatiana, Shirley, AnnaBella, Jay, Sean, Alex, Johnathan as well as many others. They make my experience truly enjoyable.

I had to write an additional review a year later to express, with great appreciation, the gratitude that I have for the exceptional service I have received at this Starbucks over the last three years.

Just this morning Zach, Evi, Josh, Aldo, Shirley, & Nico made my morning experience one that will give me immense strength to lift the weight of a heavy day to come. Thanks, you all truly make it feel like a home away from home. Love you all.

The drink in the picture is the same drink that I have ordered for more than 1000 days. The Staff has it memorized. That's how close we've grown...they memorized my beverage...we have a beverage bond. Lol <3

Very sweet people working, they all care a lot and try and do their best under stress! Drinks are great and when I ever have an issue they are so sweet and quickly remake my drink!

Best place to in Mary Brickell Village. I come here every day, and I'm always welcomed with a warm embrace and great customer service.

It's Starbucks, so you know exactly what you're going to get (and you get it). But I got something extra here: outstanding service. Without any prompting, the barista offered me a small cup of extra cream for my coffee. As if she read my mind. Excellente!

Quick service and convenient location.

Great spot in the heart of Brickell Village. Sip on some coffee and they let me recharge The Batmobile.

Best Starbucks..super awesome staff. Very busy because of the employees. Always on point even when the store is packed.

This Starbucks was very clean, workers were super nice and respectful. I had gone in to order the seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte. It was my first time ever trying it so I was pretty excited about it. I was also a bit nervous when they asled for my name because believe it or not, Jason is almost always spelled wrong. For example, I've gotten Jeison, or Jayson and i've even gotten Suson before like ??? how is that possible. But anyway, once i got called for my order I saw that my name was spelled right and I smiled and JUST before I could say thank you, I was told "I hope you enjoy your drink, have a great day!" and of course i replied with a "thank you! you as well!". And so, I sat down with my Pumpkin Spice Latte that had my name written perfectly on it, I took a sip and instantly fell in love with the taste. At this point i'm thinking to myself "man i can drink this and cry right now". I have never tasted something so absolutely wonderful in my entire life. From the moment I walked in and was treated perfectly, got the perfect order and right name, I was certainly happy and by the time I walked out, I was a changed man.
I would give this Starbucks the highest of reviews for days on end. Overall amazing service from the workers, super respectful and nice and the place was very clean and cozy.
Truly a 10/10 for me. I will be coming here MUCH more often.

It's nice area and at 730 a.m on a weekday it was pretty empty.

NO DRIVE THRU. I came here because one guy reviewed about the 'drive thru staff'.... There isn't one:)

This location literally has mad happy baristas. Almost everyone knows my order and I greatly appreciate the service. 💕

They have a lot of seats for any group size throughout the branch! The place is well-lit all day long, and the couches are soo relaxing. Laptop work, casual meet-ups, and small meetings are very doable.

I love Starbucks so much because it has a great vibe and you have different places to seat and enjoy your coffee why you work.

yesterday I enjoyed my tea while I worked outside because the weather was perfect and since they have a few tables it was just great.

The only bad thing about this Starbucks is parking because I have to park on the street and pay.

Super fast and great like always! Love my coffee!

What a great Starbucks location. Its right near my office, and i love it! Always wanted my Starbucks accessible. I usually get a Tall Latte with an extra espresso shot. But whenever they come out with new stuff i would try. Even the tea is not bad. The stuff is so sweet and really knows my taste. Baristas are so professional and never get my order wrong like some other coffee places. Very recommended.
