This has to be the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! By the time the person behind me in line finished ordering, my order was ready! Super fast, efficient, and kind workers. Even though they were out of my favorite breakfast sandwich, the quality of my food and drink as well as the speed in which it was delivered makes it worth it. I loved the cute atmosphere of the cafe as well, definitely my best experience at a Starbucks!

Loved the iced apple crisp macchiato I got this morning! Perfect for a fall day. Efficient and friendly staff served us quickly. Love the decor in this downtown icon location.

The cashier could use some people skills but the others where nice. Super happy with my matcha. Thank you

A great Starbucks location. Conveniently located next to the Amway Grand Plaza hotel. There is a decent amount of seating though no outdoor seating. The baristas are nice and helpful.

This is located inside the Amway Grand Plaza but on the west of the building it is accessible openly in view to public. It's a small cozy place to hangout with friends. Heavy rush can be expected frequently and it's worth only for Starbucks usual customers as you could find similar or better coffee shops nearby if you are a heavy coffee lover based on own preference. Apart from all those, the staff are absolutely great and offer appreciable service.

I'm happy this location is only about a mile from my apartment. On days when I'm feeling like I want to drink "corporate," you can find me here.

The staff does a nice job of learning who you are, and being friendly.

Drinks are made quicker here than almost any Starbucks I've been in. So, bravo for that.

A quick visit for coffees to help push us through an afternoon of work/reading/studying. The location was perfectly located at the foot of our hotel (direct access with Amway Grand Plaza lobby). The venue itself is super cute, quaint, quiet — loved the large windows on this somewhat rainy day. It was the perfect atmosphere for smelling and sipping fresh coffee.

This is the best Starbucks for sure! The employees are all extremely pleasant and go above and beyond everyday - and I mean everyday, I go there every single day :D Best service, fresh coffee and great food all the time! Thank you Amway Starbucks employees. You all make my morning and day!

Wonderful for art prize and a cup of the best coffee Starbucks

This Starbucks had great staff. It was small, and not very busy when me and my friends were there. I didn't have any coffee, which makes it kind of a bad idea for me to leave a review, but I had a slightly underpriced chocolate croissant. It was delicious. My friends say their coffee was great, especially the caramel cappuccino!

We ordered about 7 drinks total during an event. The staff were quick, fast, and excellent customer service!

Most affordable place to get any light food in the Amway, and the best too. The staff here are very nice and handle things well even with the frequently high volume of customers. Do make sure to leave enough time if you go here; sometimes there's no line but it can very quickly become packed so plan ahead.

The best place to start your birthday morning with a good coffee !!!

This Starbucks is in the Amway Grand hotel, so it's beautiful. I work downtown so I go here for my lunch break daily and it's the HIGHLIGHT of my day!! The baristas all know my name and order, I know their names, and they are just the sweetest! They work so hard with the crazy busyness of the Amway and downtown Grand Rapids. I love this Starbucks.

Food was delicious! Pulled pork was perfectly tender! My daughter loved the chicken breast she ordered!

Friendly and helpfull staff! The place has a great atmosphere. Most of the people that leave negative reviews are from out of town that stay at the hotel, they can't seem to understand that its busy because the hotel is nearly always packed + the fact all of the local businesses go there for lunch.. Yes its busy a lot of the time, that is due to the fact it is so popular.

Love this location, I refuse to go to any other one!! The staff is always so friendly and always remembers my name even when it’s been months since my last visit- it’s the little things! They really go above and beyond- thank you, Amway Starbucks Staff! Miss you all!

The women here are very knowledgeable, fast, professional, and pretty cute.
