Homeless persons were in the shop. They were not the most pleasant people.

I am so happy with the service at this Biggby location! Rae was so accommodating and helpful, and more than willing to go the extra mile to help me and answer all of my questions. Thank you, Rae! You made my day!

The staff is very friendly and they welcome my dog with a pup cup every day.

Biggbee coffee has delicious Blueberry muffins and offers friendly service and is also convenient for college commuters using the bus system!

My first time to a Biggby coffee. This location was very convenient to my hotel in downtown Grand Rapids. Staff was very friendly and the drink was delicious.

First time visiting this particular or any Biggby Coffee establishment. Nice quiet location. Self serve from thermal airpot coffee carafes. Pretty simple. Seemed fresh and I made it just like I like it. 😊 Restaurant and self serve area was neat and clean. Staff was professional and kind. Recommended for a quick self serve quality coffee.

Went in today, and they were very nice (even when I cracked a dad joke and a ghost display) and were very fast at getting my drink.

So thankful that an employee asked someone that walked in without a mask on to please put one on. It takes courage to speak up like that. While I waited for my order, another person came in with their nose hanging out and the employee politely asked that the customer pull their mask up over their nose. Thank you for caring. I will definitely return. Please let management/corporate know that if it's possible, it'd be nice to have the option to tip employees when a customer uses a credit card and doesn't have cash on them. My bragel and drink were made perfectly and tasted great!

My Cosmic Chai Latte was truly out of this world. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly when Bill and I installed his fine art photography on their wall. Enjoy viewing his covered bridge photography while sipping your brew. Thank you Biggby for the opportunity.

Solid coffee shop, good bagel sandwiches.

Around 7pm, everyone on this shift, was absolutely amazing. There was a problem with them accepting $100 bill and their credit card machine was not working. Instead of not making 3 drinks ordered, they we're kind enough to give them to me for free and I got a free drink card. They didn't have to do that and I would have understood that I'd need to go get change. I am truly pleased with this locations actions and I will continue to return. I've been here before and the people are always so kind. Thank you to the guy in the grey sweater and the female cashier!

I visit this location very frequently and the staff is always so nice. They make great drink recommendations and always make sure you're getting the best deal. It's a super convenient spot to hang out while I'm on lunch since it is right in the middle of everything in downtown GR.

Really nice staff. Helpful and friendly. Nice fellow patrons also. Hot chocolate here always hits the spot on a cold day. Love the holiday decorations. Goes well with our snow!

This Bigby is nice, small and cozy. There are no public bathrooms in here, at least none that I saw. The staff was friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. This was a great space to study and get some work done. It is also in a pretty busy area so there was constant foot traffic.

Great cafe in an excellent location! You'll be able to have a great drink and see everything that's going on outside. It is a good place to meet with friends when you'll be out and about in downtown Grand Rapids, everything cool is within walking distance.

Great! Did you know their breed coffee is organic? Or that there is at least organic options? I normally brew at home but since I was on a road trip back to Lansing I figured I'd stop there to enjoy the ride. I went in a little disappointed that I'd be drinking chemically-processed coffee but low and behold... there was organic options! Ah! So good. Thanks for minding people like me, Biggby.

I love this Biggby! The location is super convenient and their service is great. It's also such a nice and calm environment inside and they really make the lattes delicious.
