I normally don’t visit this store, but came here looking for Benjamin Moore paint sample tiles (about 6 or 7 inches in height). This seems to be one of the only store around that carries a sample for just about the entire line of colors from Benjamin Moore.

However, this review is mainly to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Kirsten (I think she might be the manager), and Jorge. They could not be more courteous and helpful. For what I was looking for, I did not expect such a warm and engaging support from the store personnel. They are extremely customer friendly and if I were to be a resident in this area, I’d come here for all my paint and hardware needs.

This store now has a True Value hardware section, and I noticed it for the first time today. Very convenient near Stop & Shop and lots of parking. Friendly customer service.

We purchased shades for our home 8+ years ago. It was a great experience then. We just had an issue with one shade. They remembered us immediately and resolved our problem easily for us. Great service and highly recommend.

...and they let us bring Charlotte the standard poodle into the store!
