Brand new store- the place was clean and bright. The owner was super friendly and knowledgeable, she explained each item to us and we were even able to taste a piece of chocolate. Wide variety of chocolate bound to find something for everyone. Cute Halloween treats as well as chocolate for any occasion. We'll definitely be back.

The Chocolate Pantry is the best chocolate I’ve ever had! This place is absolutely fantastic and the owner is wonderfully warm and very knowledgeable about her wares. She only stocks high end European chocolates and her shop is a must visit for myself and my wife every time we’re able to travel to Salem. If you love chocolate or have someone in your life who loves chocolate she will have something deeply delectable and utterly delicious for you to fall in love with. Couldn’t recommend more. ALL THE STARS!!!

I stumbled upon The Chocolate Pantry on Derby Street in Salem a few weeks back; a nice little shop with an incredible candy aroma. There was a lot from which to choose, and everything looked so good, I didn't know what to do. The proprietress explained the origins of the candy. There were hand crafted selections from all over the world.She seemed to have a sixth sense in knowing what to recommend. I walked out with a variety of treats, each one a new favorite, if someone can have that many favorites. I knew that one day, I would return, and I have.

Absolutely beautiful shop. Owner was so helpful and passionate about recommendations. Everything she recommended was phenomenal but the chocolate covered cotton candy stole the show. It’s nothing like what you’d expect but the owner described it well. Almost malt like in taste with a fascinating texture. A must visit!

Wow! This has to be the best chocolate place in town. The shop is beautiful, the selection amazing. They had things I never dreamed of. All natural and delicious chocolates. The owner takes pride in her store and really knows a lot about her chocolates. A sign fell off the shelf by itself during our shopping trip!! Is the store haunted…who knows?!?! 🎃 But it made shopping there even more fun. 🍫

Travelled from our of state to make a return visit to this wonderful Chocolatier. Simply the best Belgian chocolate this side of Leuven, Belgium -I know, as I have spent a significant amount of time in Belgium over the years. The chocolate here is outstanding, the very best I have had in the US, and the owner/host is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. If it were possible, I would give this little shop 10 stars without the slightest of hesitation.

The best dark chocolate I’ve ever had in my life!!!!! Beautiful and aesthetically pleasing store with an even amazing owner - very down to earth friendly, helpful, and gives many options to choose from based on your preferences. This is my favorite spot in Salem to go to for all my sweet tooths! Definitely a must stop when you’re in Salem!!!!

Discovered this place on a Salem Food Tour with Karen and fell in love with the chocolate!! Spent close to $100 on gifts for my family and they all loved every piece!! Super helpful and knowledgeable woman, please, do not miss out on this place.

The most adorable chocolate shop with an extremely dedicated owner. You can really tell that the shop is driven by passion. I've been coming to Salem regularly for years, and this is the first time in a very long time that I can honestly say I've found a new must-stop for when I'm in town.

First of all, you will not find a better selection of global and unique chocolate treats anywhere! I was in the area for work, happened to be my bday, and the owner was absolutely amazing and welcoming. She packaged up my purchases for easy flight travel, and I cannot wait to come back!

The chocolates are as tasty as they are beautiful, well balanced, and not too sweet. The pistachio cream was delicious, I could eat a box! We also got chocolate covered candied orange slices and almond marzipan that were truly unique and delicious. The owner was friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely not your average chocolate shop!

My husband and I stopped there a few days before Halloween while on vacation. Right away, I was impressed with how beautiful the place is. It was like walking into a chocolate museum! The owner was extremely nice and helpful, and the chocolate was DELICIOUS! I purchased 1 of everything in the display case, and wish I had purchased more.

The Caramel Nutella chocolates are amazing! Absolutely Devine. I didn't get a chance to take a photo of them, I ate them immediately!
