Curly Girl Candy Shop

This is a really fun candy shop! Great variety and nicely decorated. It's pricey, as are all candy shops, but it's worth it. The candy was fresh and, of course, delicious. It is in a great location with lots of places to shop for fun things. I highly recommend checking it out.

So cute and so many options. I love that you can either choose a set price bag or price it by weight. Literally has almost every candy you can think of. The space also smelled nice, was clean, and the staff was very nice! Would love to come here again!

This was one of our first stops in Salem and it was very welcoming! The customer service is great and they have old candies and new, it’s definitely a good place to visit.

Visited this candy shop after we had lunch at Boston Burger. It's a cozy little shop tucked away on the corner. Picked up some candy for our sweet tooth. Lady was very nice and answered all our questions. So if you're looking for some candy and downtown Salem, make sure to check out this shop.

Went here to get some candy for a gift exchange. I got a small bag of assorted candy and a candy cane for $9.95 which I thought was reasonable for Salem. They have a wide selection of candy but they don't have everything. I was looking for some old fashioned ribbon candy but couldn't find it, only found sour belts. The person working there was helpful and showed me some of their holiday candy.

If you are in Salem make sure to stop in for something sweet!! The shop has a little bit of everything and is so much fun to walk around! Young and old will be excited by the selections. Plus if you are lucky you will be waited on by the original "Curly Girl" shop owner. :)

Cutest candy shop in Salem. Great selection. My kids loved it. They have fill a 1 pound bag for $5 with a great selection of candy for that. You littles will absolutely love it.

Super excited this shop is open in Salem. Our trip was pretty cool. You can buy per pound or a small bag for a flat fee perfect for little kids. Lots of fun gummy candies like eyeballs and fingers 😁 They also had bat pop it's for Halloween. Staff was very helpful.

This is the best candy store in this area, hands down!! We go to Salem just to visit this store. Love it!! 😁

I’m a self professed sugar addict, and knew I had to come here, and boy am I glad I did! So much to choose from; from nostalgic to freeze dried! My husband and I were excited to buy the New York Seltzer; we hadn’t had these since we were teenagers. I also bought the freeze dried mix and a bucket that I thoroughly enjoyed filling myself with my favorites. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Will be back!

Such a great assortment of candy. We found many that we remembered having as kids but hadn’t seen in a while. We loved the option of the smaller bag with a prefixed cost. Sometimes your eyes are bigger than your wallet with stores like this so that was a nice option and I could see if being great for younger kids who may not fully understand the pay by weight concept.

I had a great experience with Curly Girl Candy Shop. I was needing to make party favors for my daughters 7th birthday party and didn’t want to do the usually “chachky” toys in a bag thing so I started looking up other ideas. I came across these gummy skewers online and thought these are great but who’s going to do them for me? I called Curly Girl and they were up for the challenge and they came out great! The kids loved them the colors were on theme and I would def use this idea again. Thanks Curly Girl!

Super clean and well laid out shop with SO many options. Many of the old standbys and lots of less common things. Love that you can buy by the pound or choose the set price bag. The owner could not be nicer and more accommodating. Oh, and I just hired her to set up a candy bar at a private party and she is a dream to work with. Definitely check this place out!

Cute shop. The nostalgia of shopping for candies was so much fun. Some of the prices of candy that are easy to find at convenience stores were a little high but the bulk candies were a good price.
