There’s a new post woman who frankly does nothing. Not only has a package been lost (stolen?) but 3 separate times when packages have been delivered, she’s working and tells us that we’ll have to come back tomorrow. She’s been rude and entirely unhelpful. The postmen there are amazing though, wish I could have them there more often.

I was treated rudely by an African American worker with dreadlocks. He raised his voice at me and had a horrible attitude. This was obviously a racial issue because I’m Latina. On the other hand, the lady who was Caucasian and had light brown hair was very nice. She was the one who ended up helping my mom and I renew my passport and make sure everything was good to go since the African American worker did not know what he was doing. This all happened today (1/17/24) around 12.

This post office on Dutch Folk Rd. CHAPIN, SC SUCKS! My first time there.

Not friendly 👎She was coming off lunch break. When she finally opened the door about 5 minutes after, she didn't greet me with a smile. Straight mean mug...

I had an appointment at 2 P.M. (Passport)
Four people were behind me waiting to be assisted. When the clerk asked me how can she help? I replied, I have a 2pm appointment. She replied, "Would you step to the side, while I get a few of these people out of the way."

I was pissed!!! I kept my composure. I didn't make a scene. I was just so surprised. I have an appointment but I need to step aside. We were all there for service... So First come first serve.

Sorry I didn't get the memo. It's not like that any more.

I'll go somewhere else the next time I need any type of Postal Service!
