People are eagerly ready to leave a bad review on Post Offices these days, so I try to remember to leave a good review when a good review is deserved. The staff at Chapin PO are very friendly and hard working. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job and working overtime to take care of your community, I appreciate you!

I can't imagine the insane uptick in volume the post office is currently having to deal with during this pandemic but I am sure it must be crazy. I had a package that got misplaced somehow and I submitted an inquiry. Just a few hours later I got a phone call (at 8pm! when the post office is definitely closed) letting me know they located my package and were taking care of it and even had a follow up email apologizing for the inconvenience. Special thanks to Karen for taking care of me!

I've been to some horrible post offices before... Ive lived in 4 states and another country.. This is my favorite Post Office ever. Super friendly staff and my mail lady is the nicest person ever. I see quite a few negative ratings and I won't dispute others' experiences, but that is not the experience I have had with this Post Office.

I just want to let you know that Stacey is the best. She delivers to cedar cove and always has a big smile and wave. She even walks our mail to the door when my son is blocking the mailbox! We really appreciate the job well done and she is a bright spot in our lives everyday, thanks Stacey from Larry and Jerri Moseley

I had a quick and efficient visit! I arrived at 430pm not realizing that they close at that time and was still helped very kindly. The employee that helped me was knowledgeable regarding international shipping, she was kind and quick! I will definitely be back!

I use the post office daily and saw how many bad reviews there are, they are fast, easy to use, they help me quickly, I’ve interacted with 3 employees and all of them have been very nice and helpful, I buy a lot and I’ve had many issues with ups fedex taking weeks, because my package is just sitting in a warehouse, but every time I’ve used the post office it’s here in days, since I know how to use the post office my visit it literally only seconds, most times doesn’t take longer than 20 seconds.

Ms. Jackson was sincerely nice and very helpful. Even though it's the busy season, she helped me quickly and kindly. The best experience dealing with the postal service I've ever had :-)

I had a package that couldn't be delivered because it wasnt addressed correctly. When I called and asked them if they had it, Valencia really put out an effort to find it for me. She's fantastic!

Been using this P.O. for years for my small business.....NEVER had a problem at all...at the counter or through the mail....

People in Chapin...love to complain. This is a Very Good Post Office: Clean, Friendly and Professional.

The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I'm grateful we have a branch in Chapin.

I have had no problems ever.

I understand that the postal service is dealin w alot right now but so is everyone else. I've been working from home and often have to order more boxes from them, however Chapin post office decided to just throw said boxes in the driveway. Needless to say my in-laws weren't real happy. Understandably so. Prefer Prosperity any day.

A typical USPS experience of dealing with barely motivated employees who treat you as if they have something better they'd rather be doing.

Mail is constantly lost and delivered to wrong address. Employees in office are annoyed when I ask for a receipt to ensure my packages are scanned in properly. Recommend driving to the White Rock office ! Worth the extra few mins in the car.

These people need to get it together or hire more people. I was supposed to get very important stuff and yet again I got todays mail not yesterdays. Very disappointing

About a week or so I sent an Xbox to Microsoft to receive money in return. Someone from that office switched out my Xbox for another one that didn’t match what I described. That is not right. See below:
