Starbucks

Very warm and friendly service, engaged in a chat based on my coffee thermo that I got from my travel while getting my seasonal drink fix.

This location is difficult to get into if you're north-bound on PCH (-1 star), but when you need your coffee, your will to get into this Starbuck can be strong.

There is a drive through, but I parked to take a break from driving. There are less than 10 spots with 2 ♿ spaces,
I think (can see one from my photo).

Will return, especially if I'm going south-bound on PCH. Enjoy!

What a cute set up for this starbucks...
Has a walk up window to order and pick up. Staff was friendly.
Also has a drive through and quite busy if I might say.
Close to the Dana point harbor so plenty of exploring areas.

I love this little starbucks. All of the employees are exceptionally friendly and this is by far the best starbucks taste wise. If they have "Savannahs choice" get it you won't be disappointed.

This Starbucks location is by far the one with the best customer service. Generally, most of the Starbucks locations I've visited have good customer service but this morning's drive-up experience was far superior.

The young lady welcomed us on the drive-up speakers with a cheery, "Good morning!" It was genuine and sweet but not overdone!

While placing my orders, she made short remarks such as, "Oh, that's really good!" And that made me smile. Once I drove up to the window, there she was with her enthusiastic spirit and positive energy at 5:30 am!

While waiting for our drinks and hot breakfast items, she even flashed us a smile by bringing down her mask. It may offend others to be maskless but, for me, I appreciated the gesture in showing a smile even for a brief moment! She even asked what our day plans would be and she gave the right response. Her customer service went above and beyond and I wish I got her name. She was excellent and I would love if other Starbucks employees would model after her. What a great asset to the Starbucks team! :)

Beautiful walk up and drive thru only location!

Everything you wanted a Starbucks to be! Smiles at @5:45 and not overwhelmingly chipper on the intercom. Everything I needed at 5:45 in the morning! Thank you for caffeinating me in all the rights ways! Have a beautiful ay!!!

Best Starbucks in the area! The employees are so kind & customer oriented. Savannah is super sweet and always asks how my day is. They continuously have smiles on! I’ve had one problem there & they immediately fixed it, free of charge, with no complaints and accepting responsibility. Can’t say that about a lot of places nowadays! Definitely my go to Starbucks. Makes it easy to love them!

This place is awesome. Trevor is an actual legend. This man is constantly happy, the kind of happy that rubs off on you just by interacting with him. Is so obvious that Trevor and the staff here really care about people, is not just a job for this guy its about making someone else's life a tiny bit better with every interaction. Serious love and respect for this team. As a side note the coffee's good too.

Really great group of Starbucks employees work here...I enjoy visiting this location and it's drive through only or walk up...no seating. Thank You for making my drive's through perfect!

This Starbucks is solid, regardless of the time of day, the staff here always do a great job and are super friendly. I'm impressed how they took this dead corner and made it bustling.

I'm a big fan of the pumpkin spice latte during the holiday season and, this time, I was completely satisfied - just the right amount of whipped cream, spice syrup and coffee! Good coffee Starbucks! And a big thanks to all the friendly associates at this location!!!

Definitely the best StarBucks in Dana Point! I ordered a Hot Mocha Grande through the Drive Through with my family and and I loved it and that loved their drinks as well! 100% one of the best Starbuck’s in south Orange County in my opinion :) would 100% recommend coming here and I will be back 100%!

Out of all the Starbucks I've ever visited and I've been to alot!! This Starbucks is TOP NOTCH!! Every single employee is exceptional, kind, fun, ingageing they remember my name every visit they ask you how your day is ect. I look forward to going by everyday. Everything is above standard and whoever hired this staff they did an excellent job.

Got a cold brew took about 5 minutes

Great location, drive-thru, and walk-up window. This place is going to make a killing in the summer, especially from the harbor. Surprised there is not a Starbucks in the harbor yet. I'm sure coffee importers would be livid. Then I do miss the good ol' jack in a box crunchy tacos, open 24hrs!

As always, the barista recognized me, had my mobile order ready and was quick with a water for the dog as well!

The staff is waaaay too happy and energetic. Disneyland has nothing on them. This is the happiest place on earth.
