Place was very dirty my family and I had to ask an employee to clean a table for us because all of them were dirty my brother had to grab a broom to sweep under the table the whole place was a mess! Don’t recommend eating there ! Food was dry and stiff mustard was past date coffee we ordered had no sugar in it after we asked for it I got a miduiem size frise and they were half ways full!!

McDonald’s is soooo good even though they got rid of the slides the food is always fresh the nuggets burgers drinks everything is soo good have bathrooms that are clean place is clean and is everything is clean 5 stars

Very pleasant cashier. The food delivered was quickly made and hot. I just didn't like the group of individuals outside of the establishment. Rude comments. I would visit this establishment when returning to Chicago.

I decided to visit after work at around 2:30. It was a very busy time for all the workers. I was glad to see they seemed fully staffed. Seemed to have great communication (I work in food service myself so I seen how much their work flowed despite being so busy). It did take longer than usual (got my food just before 3). But each food item I bought was still hot, which was good. Also good to see people eating inside; not many, but there were still some. Overall, good experience today!

This was the most delicious meal I'd ever eaten. They served the best aged wine, and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. The service was superb. 5/5 stars, I would highly recommend this opulent restaurant to those who can afford such an exquisite dining experience.

This 5 star rating is based mainly on a specific employee working drive-through late nights who offered to pay for my food after I could not find my debit card. Thinking she was going to perform some type of promo to give me my food for free she then turned around, reached in her purse and pulled out the money to pay for my meal. I ended up finding my debit card but it was the kind gesture that really touched me. She was a young girl who took me by surprise with her generous and giving spirit. Generosity is a hard trait to find these days. The customer service is above average, food usually is hot & fresh, and they usually serve milkshakes more often than other locations.

Good friendly fast service , your mom likes to get the added “Go Large” when I take her there. She also likes to upsize her meal at McDonald’s.

We ordered with an on-line app and they delivered it to the car. An error was made on a custom order and the girl was extremely courteous and quickly fixed the problem without hesitation while remaining just as friendly as can be. I would definitely come here again if I lived in this town. I was just passing through unfortunately the town where I live doesn't have employees this cordial. So to the Reedley McDonald's... Keep up the excellent customer service. It is much appreciated.

My baby cousin fell on the play structure and the manager gave him a free ice cream to make him feel better!

The drive thru line is always a little long , because I guess the dining room is closed , but I got a couple of breakfast sandwiches at around 1 pm they were fresh and warm , and no waiting for my order

honestly dont get me wrong the wait can be pretty long, but people need to take i to consideration this location is right by the college and the high school it gets really busy, the staff are constantly working hard and i have never experienced any kind of rudeness from any employees. Lets be honest many of the people who complain probably treat the staff like s**t

Generally accurate and quick also my stepson works there so I'm a bit biased... for fast food is OK!

After coming out from Dr.Jin Cha office in Reedley we stopped at the McDonald's there and I bought lunch for my daughter she ordered a Filet Fish meal and all I wanted was a large Frappe Carmel with extra drizzle and I was happy...Fast service, Friendly Employees...

It's been a while since I've eaten here but the restaurant itself and there play area was very clean inside. It was a bonus that I got my food very quickly. I'll definitely be going back again.

It was k , but it can be better , perhaps cuz it is a small town , their hours scheduled on the other is NOT what they go for . Drive thru is open early , but nit dinning room.

Hmm...yea I’m lovin’ their fresh pink slime that I get every time I order their 5 piece chicken nuggets, and oh boy their BROKEN ICE CREAM MACHINE Is super good, I’d bet that’s why they always have long lines....

Even tho its my fav one to go too. It has many flaws now. Im rateing it 5 stars still becuase they haven't failed me yet!!!! I just hope there are more nice people and cleaner floors... And fixed soda

Just like all the other McDonald's pretty fast service and the food taste like it's supposed to.
